I can't help but feel like I'm a bad person because I don't manage my health/disabilities enough.
I have joints problems but I don't lose weight
I have back pain but I don't exercise or stretch
I've been avoiding the topic of my blood pressure for years now
My ED is contributing to all of that in every negative sense
I don't take any of mt meds because of side effects, but it impacts every aspect of my life
And the fact that my partner is in the medical field makes it so much worse. I know she doesn't judge me and what's best for me. But I feel like a bad person for not being better.

Walking hurts. Standing hurts. Laying down hurts. No matter what I do my knees and ankles and feet hurt. They're pulsating and spasming with pain. I pulled up my weighted blanket to not hurt them more and I'm not sure if it helps.
My partner offered to find me better knee braces. 'You may not have healthy knees ever again but it should help you'. God I'm not even 30 and my knees are fucked. I feel so guilty. I can't even lose weight to put less strain on them. I'm pathetic

I squatted and my knees made a sound like a bunch of jars clinking against each other in a shopping bag. I'm sure that's normal sound knees make and not something I should be concerned about :))

til you can strain your shoulder and chest muscles in a way that makes breathing so painful you're physically not able to draw the breath 👍🏻

My knee is fucked today. It randomly hurts and gives under my weight, so every step I take has the possibility of sending me at the floor face-first. I'm the only person at work rn and I can't avoid walking. It's fun

I probably did something to my arm/shoulder bc every time I put pressure on it while using cane it hurts so much. It's this sharp pain along the length of my upper arm. Like I've pulled something maybe? I really hope it gets better fast

It's this time of the year I wake up with a hurting ribcage. At first I thought it was because of my weighted blanket, but apparently not! My ribcage (and something joints too) just hurt for no reason! I should probably go see a doctor abt it

Taking my ADHD meds
- Pros: I can concentrate and do stuff I've been putting off
- Cons: I feel terrible, nauseous and lightheaded. Got too concentrated, felt no need to snack and forgot to eat so now I feel like I'm going to faint

It's been a week and my foot still hurts. Less than before for sure, but the pain and unpleasantness is still here. I don't have any kind of foot brace, use cane only when my knee starts hurting and can't just. Sit and not walk around. I really hope it'll get better before the end of the month, but idk if that's possible (any tips for making it better are welcome)

I've slept with an ice pack on it, but my foot still hurts. Still no idea why. The cane is the only reason I was able to go to work and not limp all the way through. I was surprised how much it helped.

My foot's been hurting all day. It's this deep pain radiating from the middle every time I put pressure on it or twist my toes in the wrong direction. It hurts like I've had dropped something heavy on my foot. But I didn't. Not today, not yesterday or the day before. I did trip over my partner when getting to bed, but it wasn't anything big. There is no reason for it to hurt that much. I've hoped it'd go away on it's own, but I'm not sure it will.

Went to the anarchist bookfair for two days is a row and it was so awesome!! I bought a lot of books and zine's and stickers and a t-shirt from Dutch (?) anarchists, met with friends, and joined in lectures and workshops about books, magazines and libraries! Also I've gotten in touch with people that'll possibly take part of my master's thesis!
I took my cane and a knee brace (I decided I'm not gonna risk going home from the other side of the city with severe knee pain) and it was a good decision ngl; the place the bookfair was held was really crowded and not in the best shape (squatting is tough), I nearly tripped on some uneven and broken concrete few times. But people were lovely!! They offered to help me with chairs, helped me move around on office chair during activities and picked up my cane when it fell down. I'm so happy I went there.

What's the expected thing to do when you get on the bus/tram/Underground and there's no free seats? Do you go up to someone and ask if you can sit? Do you wait until someone offers you their seat? It feels so awkward

My feet and ankles hurt from the moment I woke up, so using a cane is picking a side that hurts more with knowledge that pain on the other side will come back tomorrow and it will be absolute hell
