Day 1
Went pretty well in my eyes. I ate everything I was suppose to on the sample meal planner they had plus a few tweaks like a whole wheat english muffin with breakfast, some wheat thins and string cheese for a snack and a  glass of red wine. Plus 2 mini snickers because I can no longer eat ice cream because baby girl will have painful bm's.
I am starving this morning waiting for my stupid coffee pot to start brewing, it's broken so its been almost half an hour then I'l;l get started on Day 2!

Here's to a New Start....Temporarily.
Hi all! whoever all really is haha. I'm Nicole and I'm just trying to keep a record or my journey towards getting me back again! After the birth of my baby girl my body shed the weight it was suppose to but because I gained 40 pounds I still have another 20 currently(8/22) to get back to where I was which is all I want. I'll be starting the 17 Day Diet by Dr. Mike Moreno with quite a few tweaks in the diet since I am exclusively breastfeeding. I'll try to update every night with what I've eaten and what exercise I have done, including all the cleaning and running around the house because that counts. Here goes nothing!
