20240426: the History of LEGO Castle day 117. 4819 Rebel Chariot (2000, 49 pieces, 25 different parts) Rebel Chariot is a black, dark gray, and red chariot with brown wagon wheels pulled by a black horse with a red battle helmet with white bull horns. Two dark gray crossbows are angled on either side of the chariot with a dark gray lance holding a red flag on one side and a chrome silver bull shield on the other. One of the two minifigures for this set is listed as a Robber with a black archer helmet, a yellow minifigure head with black short forehead tuft, gray eyes and black freckles, a brown torso with black arms and a studded leather pattern with a red collar and a printed black bull head with red eyes on a jar-shaped gold background with a brown and gold border, and black legs with a red belt. This minifigure is found in four sets, 1289 Catapult, 4806 Axe Cart, 4819 Rebel Chariot, and 6096 Bull's Attack. The one minifigure for this set is listed as Cedric the Bull, with white cattle horn on top of a chrome silver Dragon Master / Dragon Knight helmet, yellow minifigure head with gray eyes and black scruffy bangs, sideburns, and mustache, a black torso with dark gray arms and red hands with a small red necklace at the collar and a printed black bull head with red eyes on a jar-shaped gold background with a brown and gold border, and black legs with a printed red and gold belt. 20240424: the History of LEGO Castle day 115. 4817 Dungeon (2000, 39 pieces, 22 different parts) Dungeon is a small set built on a green 4x12 brick with a dark gray 3x4x6 turret wall with window with dark and light gray wall bricks, a black ladder up to the blue 2x2x2 quadruple convex, two trans neon orange flames on either side of the top held on by light gray 1x2 bricks with side horizontal hooks, and a blue flag on a black antenna. There is also a brown treasure chest with trans dark blue, trans green, trans red, and trans neon green jewels. This set has two minifigures. The first minifigure has a dark gray pike helmet, a yellow minifigure head with black eyes and eyebrows and curly brown bangs and mustache, chrome silver armor, a dark gray torso with printed silver scale mail and a red necklace with black, black legs with printed medium brown strips with red diamonds, and a black belt with a printed medium brown and red pattern. This minifigure was found in three sets, 4817 Dungeon, 6091 / 6098 King Leo's Castle, and 6096 Bull's Attack, while the torso and head were also found in 3739 Blacksmith Shop. 20240422: the History of LEGO Castle day 113. 4806 Axe Cart (2000, 27 pieces, 17 different parts) Axe Cart is another small cart and the first use of non-wagon wheels. Instead of wagon wheels, this cart is a black and red hand cart with a Bull Shield on the front, two dark gray crossbows held on top with two light gray 1x2 plates, two dark gray large halberds in the front of the cart, held on with red 1x1 headlight bricks, and brown 4x4 circular bricks as the tires. The one minifigure for this set is listed as a Robber with a black dragon masters / dragon knights helmet, a yellow minifigure head with black short forehead tuft, gray eyes and black freckles, a brown torso with black arms and a studded leather pattern with a red collar and a printed black bull head with red eyes on a jar-shaped gold background with a brown and gold border, and black legs with a red belt. This minifigure is found in four sets, 1289 Catapult, 4806 Axe Cart, 4819 Rebel Chariot, and 6096 Bull's Attack. Axe Cart is a very unique set for this project, as it's the first one so far where I actually have a pristine, unopened box to open and build, so I decided to build the set inside the plastic bag :) For now, I'm just going to leave it built in its bag :) The brown 4x4 round brick with side pin holes is only found in five sets (3051 Blaze Attack, 4806 Axe Cart, 6032 Catapult Crusher, 6091 / 6098 King Leo's Castle, and 6096 Bull's Attack). The bucket for the catapult is built from four 1x1x1 corner panel pieces and the rotator is created with two dark gray 1x2 bricks with center pin attached to a light gray 2x2 plate with two underside pin holes. The one minifigure for this set is listed as a Robber with a black archer helmet, a yellow minifigure head with black short forehead tuft, gray eyes and black freckles, a brown torso with black arms and a studded leather pattern with a red collar and a printed black bull head with red eyes on a jar-shaped gold background with a brown and gold border, and black legs with a red belt. 20240418: the History of LEGO Castle day 109. 1286 King's Leo's Cart (2000, 22 pieces, 11 different parts) King Leo's Cart is a small hand cart on two brown wagon wheels built with a light gray 2x2 plate with side wheel holders and a blue 1x2 plate with side handles between two black 2x4 plates with four light gray 1x1x1 corner panels holding two trans green and two trans red 1x1 studs. A brown spear with a blue flag is at the end of the cart, attached with a light gray 1x1 circle brick. The one minifigure in this set is King Leo with a chrome gold crown, a yellow minifigure head with black pointed eyebrows and crows feet and a full white beard with mustache, a light gray torso with printed blue front with a yellow lion head on a red triangular background and blue arms, and light gray legs with printed blue and yellow fringe on a black printed belt with red and yellow markings. The King Leo minifigure is used in four sets (1286 King Leo's Cart, 6026 King Leo, 6091 / 6098 King Leo's Castle, and 6095 Royal Joust) and one gear (4212662 Photo Frame Castle Gray). The same minifigure with a black Dragon Masters / Dragon Knights helmet instead of a crown is also found in 5924 Photo Frame Legoland Castle. This set introduced special printing for minifigure belts and legs, making minifigures even more unique. King Leo's Cart is the first set in the Knights Kingdom series and was only available in Japan with Kabaya sweets. 20240417: the History of LEGO Castle day 108. 2586 Chess King (1998, 26 pieces, 13 different parts) The Chess King is a red throne built on two black 1x4 arches with a red 4x4 double inverted slope base, red 2x1x1.33 curved slopes forming the back sides of the throne around a light gray back. The top of the throne has a chrome silver 1x1 five point crystal cluster and the king sitting on the thone holds an upsidedown white 4L antenna pole with a trans red and trans green stud on top. The one minifigure for this set is the Chess King, with a chrome gold crown, a yellow minifigure head with a curly mustache and spikey beard, a red plastic cape, a dark gray torso with silver scale mail print and a red necklace with red arms, and plain white legs. The yellow minifigure head (3626bpx23) only appeared in four sets (6046 Hemlock Stronghold, 6079 Dark Forest Fortress, 6706 Frontier Patrol, and 6762 / 6769 Fort Legorado), and two vintage minifigure collections (852697 Vintage Minifigure Collection Volume 3 and 5000439 Vintage Minifigure Collection Volume 3 2012 Edition), and the dark gray torso with printed silver scale mail and a red necklace with red arms was unique to this set, though the same torso with black arms was found in four other sets (3739 Blacksmith Shop, 4817 Dungeon, 6091 / 6098 King Leo's Castle, and 6096 Bull's Attack). This set is a stand alone, castle-adjacent set, and also the last LEGO castle set until the Knights Kingdom launch in 2000, though LEGO did run a Ninja theme, taking place in Feudal Japan, from 1998-1999 with 29 sets in the series. Fright Knights minifigures Fright Knights introduced five new torsos and the 2x2x2 black printed hollow dress element, and also used four existing torsos, plus the skeleton and the glow-in-the-dark ghost. -The Bat Lord a black helmet with bat wings on either side, a yellow minifigure head with an inverted "V" hairline, pointed eyebrows and mustache, black arms with a printed red torso with a yellow and black collar, five vertical black lines with rows of yellow dots, a silver belt, and dark gray legs with a black belt. Some of the minifigures in this subtheme have the Bat Lord with a cape and some have him without it. -The witch has a black witch / wizard hat, a yellow minifigure head with black bangs, long black hair on both sides, an open red smile with one tooth, black arms on a printed black torso with a red necklace with a black spider on a yellow circle background in the center, three yellow buttons, a thin yellow corset line on the waist, and a printed black 2x2x2 hollow slope with a red center. The printed pieces give the appearance of a black dress with black top. Some of the minifigures in this subtheme have Willa the Witch with the read cape and some have her without. -The Fright Knights archer has a black archer helmet, yellow minifigure face with black bangs, mustache, and forehead tuft, a printed light gray torso with red Fleur de Lis pattern, and dark gray legs with a black belt. -Another minifigure has a black axe wielder helmet, a yellow minifigure head with black bangs, beard, and mustache, a dark gray printed studded armor torso and dark gray arms, and red legs with a black belt. -The knight has a black Dragon Master / Dragon Knight helmet, a yellow minifigure head with bushy black goatee, pointed eyebrows, and corner black bangs, a printed black torso with dark gray and silver stripes with black arms, and dark gray legs with a black belt. -The red torso with black arms and printed silver scale mail torso returned in this subtheme from the Black Knights with a yellow minifigure head with brown bangs, beard, and mustache, a black knight helmet with front grill, and plain blue legs. -The dark forest minifigure has a brown hood, a yellow minifigure head with black bangs and mustache and facial scruff, a green forest person torso with printed maroon spikey collar and red arms, a cross-torso black belt, a black belt with yellow buckle, and plain brown legs. -The Royal King, has a yellow minifigure head with red hair, sideburns, eyebrows, and mustache, a chrome gold crown, a red torso with white arms, a yellow spiky necklace, a white and red checkered pattern with a yellow lion head with a yellow crown and black mane, and blue legs with a black belt. -The next minifigure only came in 6090 Royal Knight's Castle and 9376 Castle Set from Education and Dacta, which was a yellow minifigure head with wavy black eyebrows, mustache, and goatee, a red torso with black arms and red hands, a yellow lion head with a yellow crown and a black mane on a halved red and white triangular background with a blue border, and black legs with a red belt. -The first undead minifigure is the skeleton, with a white minifigure head with black circular eyes, a black triangle nose, and a black tooth smile, a white skeleton body with thin shoulder pins, thin skeleton arms, and individual bone legs. -The very last minifigure is a glow-in-the-dark ghost! The body is made from a white torso with white arms and white gloves, a plain black minifigure head, plain white legs, and the ghost cover over it all.

The set itself is designed for multiple children to play and build together and not as a specific thing to build. "In 1989, the LEGO Institutional Department changes its name to LEGO DACTA and later in 2002 to LEGO Educational Division before settling on the name used today, LEGO Education, in 2006.
Standing on the shoulders of the core values of the LEGO Group, LEGO Education has delivered playful learning experiences for well over 30 years with the mission to make learning fun and impactful and create active, collaborative and lifelong learners. 20240412: the History of LEGO Castle day 103. 6028 / 6029 Treasure Cart (1998, 23 pieces, 15 different parts) The Treasure Cart joins the growing list of LEGO Castle Treasure Carts, as this is just a small black, red, and light gray hand cart with brown wagon wheels, just big enough for a brown treasure chest. The one minifigure in this set has a black Dragon Master / Dragon Knight helmet, a yellow minifigure head with bushy black goatee, pointed eyebrows, and corner black bangs, a printed black torso with dark gray and silver stripes with black arms, and dark gray legs with a black belt. The one unique and interesting part with this set is the dark gray bat, which is only found in this set and 5988 Pharoah's Forbidden Ruins. This set came in two formats, the 6028 boxed version and the 6029 polybag version.
