i cant stop crying

i feel like i cant move or breathe or anything

i just wna feel okay but i dont know what to do anymore, i wish my family wanted to be around me like how it used to be when i was growing up, i dont think i have any family left now and ive never felt more empty. i just wna be happy and move forward but i dont know if i can i cant see me feeling better. my wish is for everything to be okay but it feels like now i need to learn how to depend on myself only. i guess its a good lesson to learn but i struggle and itll be hard for me. i feel like all i have ever done since i became a teenager and especially went to college was depend on myself. i think its all built up inside of me until now and i cant think of whats the next thing, im just lying in bed staring at the ceiling while writing this... hopefully i have the drive to sort myself out at some point otherwise ill stay in bed forever
