My table on the RANDOM NPC GENERATOR is here for you to enjoy! I’m aware one of these exists in the Dungeon Masters Guide, however mine is a little more simpler and quicker (in my opinion).
This is v.1 and i intend on creating and realising other version that will offer different options.

This RANDOM PLANT GENERATOR works a little differently from my other tables thus far, but after testing it on my group the other day it seems to work very well :)
I thought of this table over the weekends and after days of tinkering with the idea, I’ve come up with THIS!
Whether you are world building of just need to populate a forest or plant area, this table will create a something unique and possibly insane for your Dungeons & Dragons world!
As always, if you have any feedback, suggestions, ideas or REQUESTS about this table or future works, feel free to contact me here on Tumblr or on twitter at @ThatMurrayC !
Finally, I’d just like to say thank you all for the support you’ve shown towards these tables and my creativity! It really has been amazing to create resources for such a great community!

After a little bit of a wait, the NIGHT TIME RANDOM ENCOUNTERS table is done :)
As always, a few tables may seem a bit repetitive but again, it makes the system work and ensures that all the tools you need are in front of you :)
The next table is most likely going to be a bit more…aquatic in nature so keep an eye for that within the next week
If you have ANY idea, suggestion of feedback about this table or future works, i really do like to have your input!

The RANDOM BOOK GENERATOR is here! This one was a fantastic REQUEST from daypraiser! I hope you guys are able to suggest more so i can have more to make and we can all have more to use!
This one was difficult to write but i couldn’t be happier with the result :) It’s very got nice structure to it and has the potential to be funny and/or brutally harsh!
This has plenty of potential to be used in dungeons mostly but any setting where you need to quickly build a book with a few simple rolls!
Here’s the download! https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BzFqRLlZdgtjaHhnaTk5am9iX1k/view?usp=sharing
Be sure to follow The Aussie GM for more tables like this and feel free to request your own or give any feedback!
Thanks again for all your support and i hope you ENJOY!

vicious mockery is my favorite spell in dungeons and dragons because like
A) it does decent damage
B) it’s a cantrip
so canonically, a talented musician can murder commonfolk by hurling a single insult at them (average damage at 17+ level is 10, max 16.). imagine a chaotic evil bard who becomes a serial killer and the local guards are afraid to pursue him because you might go up and say “you’re under arrest” but then he just retorts ‘your mom is under arrest” and you fucking die on the spot
that same musician, if he can manage to successfully insult the world’s most fearsome ancient dragon 55 times without dying first… it dies. a process which would still take only about 11 minutes (assuming the bard has a spell DC of 19, meaning the dragon would fail about 50% of the saves.)

Dungeons and Dragons creatures, generated by neural network
The game Dungeons and Dragons has all sorts of lists of spells and abilities you can use for gameplay. I trained an algorithm called a recurrent neural network to generate more spells - like Barking Sphere, Hold Mouse, and Gland Growth. Then, with a larger set of spells in my training dataset, I trained a better neural net that generated even more - like Song of the Dave, Summon Ass, and Shield of Farts.
It turns out that in addition to spellbooks, Dungeons and Dragons also has monster manuals - books full of the names and descriptions of creatures that adventurers can encounter. Colin Fredricks, who created the RPG Sufficiently Advanced, was kind enough to send me the names of 2,205 creatures from the 2nd edition monster manual.
As I had hoped, the neural network generated creatures that would probably be pretty awesome.
Owlborn
Cat, Stone
Vampire Bear
Kick Spirit
Hatfright
Purple Bird
Slug, Spectral
Wolf, Chromatic
Golem, Rain
Human, Crystal
Hound, Plant
Fish, Astro-
Wolfworm
Ogre, Space
Dog, Goblin
Serpent Shark
Mommy, Greater
Giant, Dunebat
Cloud of Chaos
It also generated some creatures that you should probably run from until you figure out what they are. (Though Dome Animal might simply be a cool turtle)
Brain, Fire
Horse (Spider, Brain
Undead Lake Man, Fire
Walfablang
Fraithwarp, Giant
Fish, Sun of
Lycanthrope, Wereladoo
Pat, Great, Space
Shadowstaffer
Spectral Woof Greepy
Jabberwont
Animal, Dome
Dwarf, Giant
Burglestar
Pigaloth
Beeple, Desert
Wendless Woll
Memeball
Marraganralleraith
There were 118 dragons in the original dataset, so of course the neural net liked generating new dragons. Some perhaps better-conceived than others.
Dragon, Death Seep
Dragon, Purple Fang
Dragon, Curple Lard
Dragon, Dead
Big Dragon
Will O’Dragon
And it generated new unicorns!
Unicorn, Fumble
Unicorn, Bat
Unicorn, Black Willow
Unicorn, Sith Sheet
These might be possible misses, though.
Man-Can
Barber
Beet
Skull
Feast, Stone
Peg, Brown
Kurt
Durp Snake
Golf
Vampire, Putter
Enter your email here and I’ll send you a few more creatures that wouldn’t fit in the main post. Including the legendary Bung Dragon!
I’m crowdsourcing a couple more D&D-related datasets - see below!
Also, I thought it would be fun to generate D&D character names for a future project. If you go to this form (no email required), you can enter your character’s name, race, and class. Once I have enough of these, I’ll give them to the neural network and see what happens. Edit: wow, over 10,000 responses so far! (Check them out at this link) Keep them coming!
I’m also collecting character backstories! Submit as many as you like. https://goo.gl/forms/ReInNw0Tz0mwzTLO2 I will post some generated character bios as soon as I can figure out a strategy that works better than this:
There was the prince of the sun. He was raised by the arcane arts and accepted him to become a fire work and the pig of the scorpions. He was in the blood of curious by the world to be a part of the church, really with the bartender.
