We know it's heavenly related to trauma but don't know the exact details because children's brains are so difficult. there could be a slight genetic chance that you become more likely to develop it but we do know you need to go through enough stressors that your brain uses dissociation to cope with to cause the block in the brain from your anp and ep's to not fully come together.
