had a wonderful morning breakfast date with my beau, who’s always happily indulgent of my small things wants. we talked and i wrote my morning journal, and then left at half past 9am. now i’m back at home, doing all of my laundry because i will not be able to do so in the next week because i’ll be on chronic PM duty (6pm-6am) + daily overtime for conferences so i’ll be on survival mode 🌷

woke up sooo late, but i was having a really weird dream that i can't remember the specifics of, but tom holland was in it as the antagonist

leftover sushi from last night for lunch while i finished a 75-question pset for physiology

went to choir practice for the cultural show i'm gonna be part of

sunday reset! went grocery shopping and am washing my sheets

now slogging away at the endless readings for my other classes

wearing a mask in public is an act of love!!

29/100 days of productivity | January 27, 2024

I realized that, in the chaos with my illness and everything else, I accidentally skipped my favorite part of the writing process. after reading through my sources several times, following a different logic each time, I like to draw up a long list of random observations in no particular order. since I already have some kind of framework for the subchapter, arranging them will be a bit easier, but, at the same time, the nature of these observations will also shape the subchapter's logic. so, with that, the writer's block is (probably) sorted out, and now I can finally make substantial progress.
