SO THE BEGINNING TOTK CUTSCENE RIGHT?

You’re traveling through ruins. There are statues and monuments everywhere, right?

The statues were probably a generalization of what the Zonai looked like, taking main inspiration from Rauru.

But with how many statues there are, you’d think that this was some cemetery, right?

Well, it’s not a cemetery. What it is, is a tomb.

Those halls that you travel in the beginning cutscene of the game. That is Rauru’s tomb.

I mean, he was a king and it’s not like they could move his body to bury him. So they made him a tomb.

I think that the many Zonai statues are a “they all stand with you” kinda thing
