Just a really quick diaper check! You can't tell right? 🙈🙊

This is the 4th time I've gone out in the last 2 weeks! I know it seems so small to most, but it's a big achievement for me. Considering I only went out 3 or 4 times in the entire year last year. I started taking Lexapro and I haven't noticed a huge difference yet, but it's helped. I hope I continue to get on the right path so I can keep doing outings like this! It's so much easier on me and my anxiety when I wear in public, no potty breaks! And I actually set in a restaurant and ate ice cream, I also said to a lady I liked her shirt 😃 so it's looking better. I just gotta keep praying and staying positive 🩷

Last night I was feeling like a big girl and really didn’t want to put my nighttime diaper on, but I didn’t really have much of a choice since I actually need to be in diapers at night due to my bed wetting issues.

It always makes me feel really blushy and little when I wake up and realize that my diaper that was completely dry before nunights became full and soggy without me even knowing in my sleep🥺

I was quickly reminded that I am not a big girl and need to stop trying to act like one
