——- Not that i'd rather just — it happens and i deal . gives me a lot to do when i'm bored and in my free time though . i always finish my projects at some point when i have the chance . it's how i learned guitar , got better with cooking , i started a garden — i'm doing pretty well , i'd say . you too , ben homebody feldman and i own it ! yeah , it's basically the same here .

You'd rather have a bunch of things started without finishing them? I think that would stress me out too much. Even though I started one too many crochet projects, I still feel like I need to finish them before I move on to something else. It's nice to meet you, Ben Homebody! I'm there with you. ——- Could be that part of us that is still wanting to be better and those doubts we had so we focus on it ? i've definitely been spending more time offline and not reading the comments on what i post too much and focus on me and my life offline which tends to do wonders for me . i know it's not easy for everyone though .

why is it do you think that we so easily focus on the negative comments rather than the positive ones? like, with every 100 positive comments i see, if there's just 5 bad ones those are the ones i can't help but focus on. it's like i completely zero in on them. do you think it could be because we're all so self-critical and find it hard to accept praise? or is the criticism more thought provoking than the general compliments? despite doing this since i was 12, i'm still not used to having to see so many opinions thrown around about me and my work. i feel like i should have built a tougher skin by now. tell me, how do you handle it? have you got any advice on not letting it consume my mind for days at a time? @hfrpstarters
