i'm still trying to balance my first job and my hobbies (and doing badly at it). also my job is quite physically demanding as it requires me to travel a lot, and not luxuriously too. i literally sleep in mountains to hike to remote public schools. writing Rin prepared me for this lol

but i'm trying my best, and believe it or not, writing RF has been a coping mechanism (even if i'm so slow) in my tumultuous life.

damn i reread my work and just crumbled over kaeya and reader’s relationship. like those two are weighted by their pure intentions, respect, care, and loyalty to one another that they could put aside giving in to their yearning just to keep the other safe and happy—and that’s how i view love. that carnal desires, physical intimacy, and romantic gestures are just the translations of their deep feelings for each other. they just care about each other so much that they’re willing to put things aside, much to their detriment.
