It’s been 4 weeks! Can you believe it? 4 weeks of -Explaining to some folks that I don’t play at work, it’s just lunch break -Engaging with some of y’all in ways I never have -Hissing when non familiar people walk into the lunch room cos that means scouting for another location -Improvising and using my workspace when no one is there, because sometimes no leaving work for lunch -Asking the HolySpirit to help me on days when I’m not in the mood to share anything -Engaging my super smart but super hidden friends Smiling through all of this, and dishing out valuable and happy content everyday. Life is spiritual. Work is spiritual. Relationships are spiritual. Don’t be deceived by what you’re seeing in the physical, there’s something that rules this realm; and it’s only beneficial that you walk in the realm that rules. That’s what I learned primarily from @eirenecircle January meeting this last Saturday, and I’ve already seen it manifest in my life these last few days. I’ve learned to take charge from where it matters. Fellowship is important, and even more important is the kind of people you fellowship with. I’m determined to fellowship that’ll set me more on fire in 2019, and @eirenecircle meetings are one way to achieve that. Please stay tuned for the date of February’ meeting. I’m not the same. Earlier this year, Petra Christian Centre held its mid year prayer retreat which I went for. See ehn, over expectant was worrying me, cos I had too many issues, lol. I told God I needed a word from that retreat, and basically the word that I kept hearing in my spirit while I prayed was ‘Now are you a son of God’. It opened up to me in the strangest way. Seems like something that goes without saying, right? . Hehe, fast forward to some months later, I went through one of the weirdest, most confrontational spiritual experiences I had ever encountered, and guess the word of God I held onto that brought me out? Yeah you guessed right ‘Now am I a son of God’. This word worked and is still working. . God is always with us, but there’s something about meetings that he calls for, that makes for a shift in our lives, and gives us a word that changes us forever. My mum @funmilayo_f told me something when I was little. We were going through a rough patch, and I was asking questions. She told me that The devil won’t see an imbecile and go give him issues, or a mad man on the streets that is no longer a threat to him, no. The most disturbed/persecuted/troubled ones are the ones with the most potential, and over the years I’ve realised how true it is. x Even from the bible all the heroes of faith went through one thing or the other but they overcame. God wants to be extraordinary though your life, and the devil knows that. So my dear; he’ll fight you tooth and nail in every way he knows how, because he knows that victory for you is victory for the kingdom of God. But like those we read of in scriptures, and from people like my mum who told me these things early, the ones who endured till the end ALWAYS came out victorious. x Or wait? You think all those lofty things God told you would be a walk in the park? Nah. If the devil could attempt to deceive ADAM who God spoke with FACE to FACE through his wife, then he’s definitely going to come for you one time or the other, but guess what? Jesus overcame him for us. So please, go back to the word, and be found in the field plowing. Keep working. Keep praying. Keep at it. It’s not for long now, before the victory on this one comes again x Not all persecution is because you’re in God’s will, but when you are in God’s will there WILL BE persecution. x I hope you’re encouraged, and I hope you’ll hold on till the end. Picture with the best gang in the world at the best place to be @tribepetra . It’s the easiest thing to love these 3 (most of the time, lol), now unto those that are hard to love. Just when you think you know how and what it means to love, then you go for @eirenecircle prayer meeting thinking you’re just going to pray o, then @funmi_adeniyi teaches you about love especially loving your enemies, and then you still think you’ve gotten it until she tells you to actually pray FOR and not AGAINST them. I was in tears yesterday while I prayed, because it was hard. I didn’t even understand consciously that I was holding this deep a grudge against this person until the word of God searched deep into the deepest part, to rid me of all he hasn’t placed inside of me. I couldn’t pray for her at first, but then I kept trying and trying until I really started blessing her and her family, and I’m still not done. No, I’m not. I’ll continue praying until I wish for her only good, and pray for that good to come to pass, because as stupid as that may sound it’s what Jesus commanded us to do. Read Luke 6:27-38 (in the Message translation preferably). Search your heart today, and respond with the energies of prayers to someone that is despitefully using you. No buts, just pray for, and bless them. No, it won’t be easy on your flesh. Do it anyways. In other news, it’s thanksgiving Sunday at all @tribepetra campuses today. Come and let’s praise God for the first quarter. Service is for 9, come as you are.

This was written in the bus on Friday, after a tough week into what was going to be an even tougher weekend, so no rhyming or poetic justice today yeah? Just read, lemme know what ya think! Jesus the maker has made himself known ... Royalty robed in the flesh he created - @hillsongworship This is a throwback post, a throwback to the time God brought peace to the world, but mostly me lol. I’ve always said how much of a sucker for love I am, and people don’t get the depths of it sometimes. I have a lot of questions in my life about so many things, but there is one thing I know for sure, it’s that I am loved. God thought me worthy of love. GOD came to this messy world and grew up from childhood, just to die for me. He actually died for me, like hung on a cross and died. Ha! It doesn’t stop getting me excited, ever. It’s why Christmas is my favourite season of the year. I don’t care if Jesus was born in December or March, but I care that we take all this time to celebrate the one that brought peace to the world, and we give people joy and peace through his gospel. I hope we never lose the essence. Always only Jesus. So welcome to the ultimate throwback season of Christmas!!!

Look guys, I invited y'all to the last 'the festival' by @petrachristiancentre and those that came were not disappointed. It was termed 'the unforced rythms of grace'. To be honest, I didn't even get what was going on after, but all things were just falling for me in pleasant places. Visions and goals I had been putting off for years just started working out. More visions started rolling in, and God has been bringing them to pass in such a stressless manner. It wasn't like 2 or 3 weeks ago, when we were reminded of the theme of the last festival, that I got a grip on why. It was the season of "unforced" rythms of grace. God is not a man. He keeps his words. This time we're going deeper. It's the 'Supply of the spirit' - Mehn, I can't wait to see what my life and my relationship with God will look like after the festival. I love you and so I'm inviting you to an event that will change your experience with the HolySpirit. I can bet my money on it, so I'll be there. Will you? It holds on 26 August at the Landmark Events Centre by 4pm, and there are also viewing centres at Abuja and the UK. Message me for details. Guys, we're not playing church here. 'No longer slaves' ' by Bethel music was one of the songs ministered at 'Tides' yesterday night, and I couldn't help but shed tears of joy and revelation. 1st Sunday in June 2016, I made the decision to join @petrachristiancentre , and apart from salvation, that was the best decision I have ever made. Ever. 'No longer slaves' was the first song I remember listening to in Petra and I remember crying that day cos I had been deceived and battered by the devil for too long, and I walked into this church where they were telling me I didn't have to be afraid anymore, where they reminded me that I was still a child of God. That sounds simple right? Nah. You have no idea. One year after. Same song but my tears are different. This time it's because Jesus has brought me this far and is rooting for me till the end. I stand in boldness and declare my sonship regardless of the habits I see, regardless of the outward, cos now I know they have no hold on me and they fade away in the light of Jesus and his word. I am a daughter of God. Ha! One year in Petra and my life is not the same. The audacity and guts I have in Jesus is unbelievable. The abundance of revelation has been amazing. The grace, the change, the family, the love and oh boy, the power! I have led souls to Christ!! Me? Souls? You mean I can do more than show Christ? I can talk about him without shame? Ha! And I'm growing like a weed!!! And I know for myself that this is not even the best I can be, based on this word I'm hearing o. Here's to pressing in to more depths in Christ this next year. This was one of the craziest and busiest weeks I've ever had. Several times I had to go to the rest room to catch my breath. But I have this group where we're accountable to each other and we set goals every week to be reviewed by weekend. I love writing and I love you guys but Lord knows the only reason I posted on the blog this week is cos I had put it as one of my goals for the weeks and God forbid, I can never carry last, no matter how busy or tired I am, lol.
