Why was Laconia's cap removed after the Season 4 episode "Stop and Smurf the Roses" and starts wearing a headband in Smurfily Ever After

I was just wondering, Laconia is seen in her cap from Smurfing in Sign Language to Stop and Smurf the Roses

The last time we see her cap

In the 1985 special Smurfily Ever After, we see that Laconia is now wearing her headband

And again in They're Smurfing Our Song

And in Laconia's last appearance in Can't Smurf the Music

Something i noticed on Iced

When i first watched this episode, I noticed that Cricket and Nancy's winter gear from Green Christmas and Bill's winter gear from Winter Greens are seen in this episode, But i don't understand why Tilly's jacket from Pen Pals is seen instead of her Winter gear.
