To Steal A First Kiss - Himchan

(A/N: Requested by kittykait04 ^^ So I couldn't wait to post this with my comeback and wanted you guys to have something because I love you guys and am very appreciative of your patience with me. I am working on scenarios but I must admit, at a MUCH slower pace then when I first started. Anyways, I hope you guys enjoy! ~ B.A.P and their label mates are celebrating the maknae’s birthday. One of the label mates (Zelo’s friend) is Zelo’s age and she and Himchan encounter some bumps in the road (figure of speech xD) throughout the night.) ~

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ZELO, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU." The whole room cheered and clapped their hands as they waited for Zelo to blow out the candles on the cake. As soon as Zelo blew out the candles, all the members hoarded around him and smeared his face with cake icing. Laughs reverberated throughout the room, streamers and balloons decorated the room, and it was all fun.

You sat on the black leather sofa, a drink in your hand, and observed all your surroundings. “Yah! __________-ah!” Zelo walked over to where you were sitting and sat himself down, a towel in his hand to wipe off the icing from his face. You and Zelo have been quite good friends ever since you joined TS Entertainment. You don’t know how it came to be but maybe it was because you both were the same age and just had a bunch of things in common with each other. You chuckled and asked “Are you enjoying your birthday so far?” Zelo gave an eye smile and looked around everyone in the room, wiping his face with the towel. “Yeah, it’s awesome! How about you? Are you enjoying yourself?? It seems like you aren’t, considering you are just sitting alone on the sofa, and not socializing at all.”

Zelo gave you a nudge with his elbow and you swayed along with the push of gravity. “I am too!” You snapped back and he turned and gave you that ‘I’m-not-buying-it-and-you-are-such-a-liar-but-whatever-you-say’ look and you added “I’m serious!!”.

Just then, Himchan came over with a radiant smile on his face. That diva of a visual that had so much confidence and good looks that was so overwhelming… “Yah, Skyscraper Head, Yongguk is looking for you.” Himchan had both hands in his pocket and lulled his head to some direction while looking at Zelo. “Really hyung…?” Zelo mumbled and heaved a sigh as he got up. “__________-ah, if anything goes wrong, you yell for me alright?” Zelo gave Himchan a quick glance and Himchan gave him one of those ‘threatening-quick-millisecond-moves’ while saying “Who do you think you-??” and you tried to stifle a laugh. Zelo ignored and walked away to the direction Himchan head-nodded to and Himchan immediately took a seat next to you on the sofa.

"Fun party, huh?" Himchan said, eyeing the whole scenery in front of him. "Mhmm." You replied simply, nodding your head up and down a few times. "That is so informal __________-ah. I mean seriously do you not know how to address your oppa formally?? Seriously, is it that hard to just reply and say: //attempts to mimic girl voice// "Ne, Himchan oppa! The party is fantastically fun and you are definitely looking very handsome as usual!"" Himchan clasped his hands together, and looked at you while batting his eyelashes.

You let out an uproarious laugh and he immediately let go of his hands and gave you a disappointed, sad look. “Yah, ________-ah, do you think it’s-” Himchan tried to talk but you cut in saying “Mianhae, Himchan OPPA”, you said with a sardonic tone on the word ‘oppa’. “Aish, this girl….” Himchan breathed out and shook his head with disapproval. You giggled but then your voice lowered and you asked, “How do you guys do it…? All these comebacks and tours… you guys at least need a break soon.” Himchan stared blankly at the crowd in front of him and said, “It’s difficult… very difficult but… it’s worth it…”

For some reason something snapped inside of you. You don’t know what but just hearing those words got you furious. “IS IT REALLY WORTH PUTTING ALL OF YOU GUYS’ HEALTH AT RISK???? Yongguk has to wear an oxygen mask after concerts, you’ve already injured your hand once, and who knows what else could happen?!?” Your vision began to blur and adrenaline rushed through your body. Why am I getting so emotional?? “Excuse me….” You breathed out quietly and got up from the sofa. “Wait.. ___________-ah!” You ignored him and walked outside to the balcony.

As soon as you opened the window doors to the balcony a cool wind blew gently, seeming to blow away all of your worries. You closed your eyes and took deep breaths and finally felt calm once again. “AISH…. out of all of the places, you choose to storm outside in the cold.” “It’s not that cold… ” you replied, “this weather soothes me..” You didn’t even have to turn around to identify who the voice was.

Out the corner of your eye you saw Himchan walk up next to you, looking out into the scenery before him. “It is kind of soothing, huh..?” You nodded and he glanced over and gave a small smile. Then he turned his full body and gave you his full attention. “_____________-ah… uhm.. about earlier-” “Mianhae… for reacting like that, I shouldn’t have acted so immaturely.” “It’s not that. But.. does it really pain you to see us… working this hard..?” Himchan asked questioningly, trying to search your eyes for answers. “Ne… I mean it’s just no-“

You didn’t even get to finish your sentence. All of a sudden Himchan’s lips were touching yours. You weren’t expecting it and it shocked you. Wait a minute… he’s KISSING ME?!?! You leaned back, breaking the touch between your’s and his’ lips and slapped him. Himchan’s face said it all, confusion, shock, disappointment, sadness. “WHY DID YOU JUST DO THAT?!?” You could feel your face boiling up, and eyes watering. “I-I…, I’m sorry I just… are you okay?” Himchan asked you gently, not seeming to be offended by you slapping him and yelling at him. You wanted to run away again, you couldn’t believe this just happened. You turned around to try and run off but Himchan stopped you, grabbing your arm, and pulling you into a hug. “Mianhae….”Himchan whispered and you just cried into his shirt, allowing him to keep you in his grasp.

"You jerk…" You mumbled out and Himchan pulled you out to look into your eyes and looked so bewildered. "Wait, huh??" "I said ‘you jerk’…" You said a little louder this time and he scoffed and looked off to his side. "I’m a jerk?" He asked as you folded your arms and replied "Yes. You stole my first kiss and I wanted it to be with someone I cared for."

Himchan stared at you now and asked “THAT…was your FIRST KISS??????” Himchan had a crooked smile on his face and said “So… that means I was your first kiss?” Himchan was gleaming like crazy and you weren’t entirely sure why. “YAH!” You punched him in the arm and he immediately jumped and got his other arm to guard/hold it. “Aish! I was just joking! But seriously, was that REALLY your first kiss?” You looked at the ground and mumbled, “yeah…” Himchan said “Lift your head up, it’s okay. Your face is going to get all puffy and saggy if you do that, so be happy. Because lucky you, your first kiss was with ME.” Himchan held his head up high, eye smiling like there was no tomorrow.

"I wanted my first kiss to be with someone I cared for though…" You said glumly and pouting, arms crossed. Himchan looked at you with caring eyes and sorrow. "… Mianhae… for uh… doing that.. it’s just that… uhm.. ___________-ah.. I think I may as well tell you this, but.. you mean a lot to me. I’ve liked you for a long time but I didn’t want to tell you and confess yet because I wanted to be able to impress you and show that you could have someone.. a man that you could be proud of. I work hard in order to do all of that. You’re apart of my dream too… and I know you probably hate me now especially with me stealing your first kiss and then now me confessing probably making it worse, but I just wanted you to know that."

Himchan turned to head back inside to the party, head hung low in his sorrow and shame. “Kim Himchan.” You encircled your arms around his waist, hand in the other to keep him in your grasp. You leaned your head on his back and said lowly, “I like you too.” Himchan’s eyes widened and immediately turned around to you, hands on your shoulders to look you square in the face, exclaiming, “JINCHA???? Tell me I’m not dreaming.” You leaned on your tip toes to reach Himchan’s height and once again, touched your lips with his. “Does that answer your question?” You said with a grin and Himchan lifted you up into the sky, twirling you around in a circle and bringing you back into his arms with a secure grasp around you, cherishing the moment

"Ne umma, thank you, I know- OH" Zelo, talking to his mother on the phone, had walked in through the balcony doors and saw you and Himchan hugging each other, "YAH. What are you two up to??" Zelo rushed to your side and tried to protect you from Himchan. Zelo grabbed your shoulders, looking down at your face, asking you "Yah, ___________-ah, did Himchan hyung do anything to you? Did he harm you? Do anything against your will?" You side glanced at Himchan and saw him roll his eyes and you tried to keep a straight face.

"Kim Himchan kissed me without my consent and stole my first kiss." Zelo’s eyes flashed shocked, anger, and revenge and immediately turned around, getting ready to throw himself at Himchan. Before Zelo’s fist could have any contact with Himchan, you held Zelo back with all your strength. "Zelo! It’s okay!" Zelo responded, "THAT IS NOT OKAY TO JUST DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT! HIMCHAN HYUNG, YOU ARE SUCH A BASTARD."

"Zelo, Zelo, it’s okay we got it straightened out." You tried to calm him down and then glanced at Himchan. Himchan then spoke up "Now… if you will please calm down and let my jagiya stop having to waste all her energy on holding you back, I would be most appreciative. Himchan smirked and Zelo’s face became more confused than ever. "Jagiya?" Zelo looked over to you to see if it was true and you shrugged with a smile. Zelo began to laugh and then joked, "Well then, why don’t you two lovebirds come inside and enjoy the party instead of staying outside in the cold trying to comfort each other. It makes me uncomfortable especially with ____________-ah being alone with a jerk head."

You let out a laugh and Himchan gave Zelo a death stare. “You will be dead one day and I will laugh and stomp on your grave.” Zelo smiled and then put his arm over your shoulder, noticing that his arms had more muscle mass. “Wow, Zelo your working out has really been paying off!” Zelo gleamed and said “I know right!!” Himchan walked over and tried to pull you away from Zelo’s arm and exclaimed “Yah, stop trying to flirt with my girlfriend. Excuse us, but we have a party to return to.” Himchan now put his arm around your shoulders and you smiled. Zelo chuckled and then said “Let’s go!” He began to lead the way back to the party and opened the balcony door to the party. “Come on you two lovebirds, ___________-ah and Princess Diva Himchan hyung. ” Himchan dropped his arm from your shoulder and began to chase Zelo inside. “Come back here, you little-!” You saw the two of them dash around inside the room where the party was being held and you walked back inside, smiling from ear to ear. This night was one you were going to remember.
