I'm once again asking you to read Room Service by @oodlyenough
Phoenix blinks down at Edgeworth’s hand, half-convinced he’s seeing things. Is this something Edgeworth does, now? Just reach out and touch people? Touch Phoenix? When’s the last time—?
“Wright,” Edgeworth repeats, more urgently.
The grip on Phoenix’s arm hasn’t changed—still solid and real—so Phoenix lets his gaze travel up to Edgeworth’s face, to the puzzling and unfamiliar expression on it. Phoenix has a split second’s intuition that something highly unusual is about to happen right before Edgeworth tugs Phoenix forward into a hug.
Kristoph is such a well written villain. You see him for the first time and you're like: wow, he's so nice, but then you learn that this kind and polite person is the one who caused the whole mess in the story and killed two (three in the bad end) people.
But, still. He didn't get enough screen time and, together with his brother, was forgotten in the next two games though there's lot of stuff about them that wasn't explained.
