I panicked and ate the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, so now I’m going to walk until I’m exhausted.

I did the walk and it was 4,687 steps. 220 calories burned.

“Lunch”:

120cals(1tbs of vegetable oil)

150cals(1/2 package of udon noodles)

“Dinner”:

15cals(1 1/2 cups of iceberg lettuce)

65cals(1tbs of ranch)

340cals(1 cup of rice)

Calorie intake for the day: 855 calories

I had a panic attack over the 340 calories for the cup of rice, I didn’t know it’d be that much.
