Potatoes

The word potato comes from the Spanish patata which, in turn, came from the Taino batata. Batata referred to the sweet potato. It is thought that it merged with the Quechua papa (which referred to other varieties of potato) to become the Spanish patata, which eventually became the English word potato. Patata also means potato in Italian but, in that language, it is also slang for lady parts.

Crowley says that when Aziraphale says 'potato', Crowley, temporarily Scottish and messing around with pronunciation, says that he says 'excellent...' or does he?... as the wordplay is in that it comes out sounding virtually identical to...

Eggcellent: Combination of egg and excellent, which can be used to refer to both eggs and Easter.

When might S3 come out? 🤔 Prediction :)

So:

S1 main shooting finished in March 2018, the premiere of S1 was in May 2019 => cca 14 months after

S2 main shooting finished in March 2022, the premiere of S2 was in July 2023 => cca 16 month after

=> let's take an average of that 15 months

S3 plans seems to finish in May 2025 => The premiere could be 15 months later in August 2026
