Sharing this: I like the flag.
so here it is the official flag for QPOC that i designed. please share this lets flood the internet with this. the mainstream LGBTQIA+ media know that we are Queer People of Color and we demand visibility. we demand the right to control our own narratives we aren’t just here to fulfill your racial quota so that you can feel good about your selves. we are sick of being marginalized and trivialized. We are sick of your rampant racism. we are sick of your constant white washing. we are sick of being silenced.. we are more than just some kinky thing that you can try once. we are more than “thugs” your “latin papis” your “spicy latinas” or any of the other shit you want us to be. we are sick of being oversexualized we are more than your “exotic little play things”. the QPOC design show cases all the skin tones of Queer people of color from the lightest (north Asians and biracial people not white people) to the darkest it also show cases the power fist used in both the Black Power and Chicano Power movements this is symbolic of the unity we all have as Queer people of Color throughout the LGBTQIA+ community.
please share this throughout your social media.

Me & You
Me & You for ever together in my mind since I was three
So there is no poem
I was so little and you were so funny just so much fun
With you and Me
And when I think of anything I think of You
I simply never understood who it was that I was looking to
So it was easier to think it was more complex
something about starvation
something about a war
about a death that needed to happen
I know more about art
more about a fine hand
than you might
think
and I love you more than I care about all that
and I dont care to remiss over all of that
because Ireally want to remain
MYSELF
so it looks like it is still on you to get to me
and I can’t see why you have not
and I won’t give up hope on why you have not
because I know that YOU WILL
COME HERE SOME HOW
because you are my dad and it is your job

"Lily, Rosemary, and the Jack of Hearts" by B. Dylan
"Lily's arms were locked around the man that she dearly loved to touch,
She forgot all about the man she couldn't stand who hounded her so much.
"I've missed you so," she said to him, and he felt she was sincere,
But just beyond the door he felt jealousy and fear.
Just another night in the life of the Jack of Hearts.
Bob Dylan
this verse left out of almost all versions, according to the Bobdylan.com website
It get complicated real fast when you a diamond, or when you a diamond robber.

Wow. This car resembles the 1965 Oldsmobile Jetstar ‘88 (but mine was what was called a hardtop convertible) it’s even the same color. Mine wasn’t lowered, I loved that beast. It ran great. Nothing rules the road like a 1 ton car made of pure American Steel.

I find this cover fascinating because it goes to show how, at this very early date (early 1960s), the line between fantasy, scifi, and horror were very vague and blurry, and the definite genre boundaries we think of today didn’t exist. Scifi was only the really hardcore engineering-heavy stuff that was in John W. Campbell’s Astounding; everything else was fantasy. The guy here has a ray gun, for heaven’s sake.

Don't Fall Apart On Me Tonight"
Just a minute before you leave, girl
Just a minute before you touch the door
What is it that you’re trying to achieve, girl?
Do you think we can talk about it some more?
You know, the streets are filled with vipers
Who’ve lost all ray of hope
You know, it ain’t even safe no more
In the palace of the Pope
Don’t fall apart on me tonight
I just don’t think that I could handle it
Don’t fall apart on me tonight
Yesterday’s just a memory
Tomorrow is never what it’s supposed to be
And I need you, yeah
Come over here from over there, girl
Sit down here. You can have my chair
I can’t see us goin’ anywhere, girl
The only place open is a thousand miles away and I can’t take you there
I wish I’d have been a doctor
Maybe I’d have saved some life that had been lost
Maybe I’d have done some good in the world
’Stead of burning every bridge I crossed
Don’t fall apart on me tonight
I just don’t think that I could handle it
Don’t fall apart on me tonight
Yesterday’s just a memory
Tomorrow is never what it’s supposed to be
And I need you, oh, yeah
I ain’t too good at conversation, girl
So you might not know exactly how I feel
But if I could, I’d bring you to the mountaintop, girl
And build you a house made out of stainless steel
But it’s like I’m stuck inside a painting
That’s hanging in the Louvre
My throat start to tickle and my nose itches
But I know that I can’t move
Don’t fall apart on me tonight
I just don’t think that I could handle it
Don’t fall apart on me tonight
Yesterday’s gone but the past lives on
Tomorrow’s just one step beyond
And I need you, oh, yeah
Who are these people who are walking towards you?
Do you know them or will there be a fight?
With their humorless smiles so easy to see through
Can they tell you what’s wrong from what’s right?
Do you remember St. James Street
Where you blew Jackie P.’s mind?
You were so fine, Clark Gable would have fell at your feet
And laid his life on the line
Let’s try to get beneath the surface waste, girl
No more booby traps and bombs
No more decadence and charm
No more affection that’s misplaced, girl
No more mudcake creatures lying in your arms
What about that millionaire with the drumsticks in his pants?
He looked so baffled and so bewildered
When he played and we didn’t dance
Don’t fall apart on me tonight
I just don’t think that I could handle it
Don’t fall apart on me tonight
Yesterday’s just a memory
Tomorrow is never what it’s supposed to be
And I need you, yeah
