Ceremony

Circumsion ceremony is called “Khitan” in malay tradition. Male circumsion is the removal of peanis forskin. This circusion is usually performed on children age 6 years to 12 years old. The ceremony is usually held during the school holidays. 

On the ceremony day, the parents invite all relatives,friends and neighbours. The kid to be circumsised is brought around the village. Then, the circumcion is done by Tok Mudin. After three days, usually the bid is totally recovered after at least a week.
