sakura - a default skinblend.

born out of my love for squin but a desire for less nose definition to better exist as a base for skin details, this is primarily a combination of squin by squeamishsim/squea and xigua by heihu. i added a few minor details i use on all my sims as well as did my best to fix the pixelation on the lips. soft, matte, and entirely maxis match. it has free eyelids, wrinkles for adults and elders, and no eyebags for teens, children, and toddlers. named after my favorite flower, bc why not.

Silky Smooth Skin (+ Aging Details Overlays)

Being the picky person I am, I could never really find a skin I was 100% happy with. Thus I decided to throw one together myself, in which I blended all the parts of skins I liked. As the name implies, it’s pretty smooth and matte looking - the face is a blend between Autumn Redone, Knight & Shiliu, and the body is mostly EA except for the breasts, genitals & butt. I also added Nexus’ Detailed Hands & Feet overlay to the skin.

Both versions of the skin let through different eye & chin presets, but only the default one lets through aging details. That’s why there’s an additional file with 8 swatches of aging details. I figured this would be nice to have not just for this skin, but for any.  If there’s anything wrong, let me know! Silky Smooth Skin

(Has this been done before? It’s probably been done before. But now I’m doing it.)

so I LOVE storytelling in the sims, and I love legacy challenges because following a single family is SO fun for me and watching townie families evolve as my family goes on is just as exciting. The one thing I’m not a huge fan of is how a lot of legacy challenges set out specific traits and storylines for players to follow, when my favorite part of the sims is figuring out sims’ personalities for themselves. SO.

I wrote my own challenge with a little less structure, just to allow players some more storytelling freedom (but still have some goals to chase). This is a NINE (9) generation challenge, based off of nine gems, all of which are collectable in base game.
