"Which will no doubt happen soon but you know that I will always no matter what come to support you." Audrey said as she smiled with a giggle "Oh Leo, huh? Now I really feel like I'm going to be living the real fairytale, that was my dream for most of my childhood." the woman said as she ordered a cocktail and held onto Harlow's hand as she felt the sudden feelings on gloom onset her but she wasn't about to let that ruin the night she came out to have. "My little ones mean so much to me but their father just ripped me apart with false promises and broken dreams." the woman sighed "But, hey, his loss and I'm starting my life over in this beautiful town with the most incredible friends by my side." she said giving Harlow's hand a little squeeze back and she nodded. "You always know just what to say, you truly are like a fairy godmother." the woman said as she took back the shot before her drink arrived and giggled "Oh god, Harlow, are you kidding me? That thought has never crossed my mind, I leave that to the professionals such as yourself, I would be booed so fast."

The words Audrey spoke meant so much to Harlow, as she brought her close against her chest for a hug. "My love, you mean so much to me and you coming and seeing me at this little place? You mean so much. One day when I'm famous, I'll be sure to fly you around on my private jet or something - hook you up with Leo DiCaprio or something." She giggled, squeezing her good friend's hand. Listening to her speak, listening to all of the sadness in her face - it broke Harlow's heart somehow. Audrey was such an incredible woman, a single mother with such fierceness to her and it broke her heart that she felt like giving up on her fairytale. "Auds, listen to me - most men ain't shit. They aren't - but you will find someone someday who is just as amazing, as kind, as incredible as you. You will, and the only person who showed just how awful they fucking were - was your ex. The way you raise your baby is incredible to me - trust me, because I know what it's like to grow up in chaos." Squeezing Audrey's hand again, she sighed, shaking her head. "I know what it's like to be played, but you can't let that hurt you too badly, because we shine so bright - men like that want to take it. We don't let them take it." Harlow squeezed her hand again and sighed. "You can never let me down, Auds. Ever." Taking a shot, she smiled, and leaned her head back, the whole room ceiling from adreline. "You ever think about getting up onstage, Auds?"

Audrey was sticking around for her sons friends birthday, they were just running around playing games and she had smiled when she saw the woman on the bike. "You know what, I think I do." she said with a friendly laugh as she got on the opposing bike and looked over her fellow competitor. "Good luck." she jokingly said in a challenging sort of tone.

Flashing lights, ringing bells, and excited cheers from winners of the games around her filled the atmosphere around Phoebe as she perused through the arcade. Her back pocket was already stuffed full of tickets, but she still had so many credits left to use. Her eyes latched onto the motorcycle racing game that was completely free. She swung her leg over the brightly colored pink bike and surveyed her surroundings for a worthy opponent. "Hey, wanna race?" she asked the next person that strutted by.

"Who on earth wouldn't like your singing? your voice is the most beautiful thing I've ever heard." Audrey smiled, she loved the passion her friend had and it almost reflected her own when it came to baking, making new creations, she understood the thrill though she knew her passion was a little less exciting. "And I will happily give you all the cookies you want, I'm always coming up with new flavors and you can test them out for me though I can't guarantee they'll all be a hit." she laughed as she looked at the woman "I think I'm just so close to giving up on the whole fairytale love, after the father of my children played me twice, like how stupid does one have to be to take back a guy who left the first time, trusted him not to leave again and then he bailed." the blonde said with a sigh, the compliments she was receiving making her cheeks turn a pink rosy color. "I will do my best, I promise, I will try not to let you down, hope will be yours once again."

"I do think so and if they didn't give you a standing ovation I would have to think they were insane, you are a spectacular woman and this world needs to know it." Audrey said with a smile as she watched the effervescent woman and let out a laugh as she stood up on the bar stool "You are something else, Ms. Mannon, a true queen." Audrey had taken a hold of her friends hand as they walked "Oh Harlow, you know well that my love life is as dull as a butter knife, though admittedly I wish that were different." the blonde said as she picked up the shot glass "Fucking cheers, sweets." she said taking back the contents of the shot glass like a professional.

Harlow could only smile and kiss back the blonde on the cheek, making a cutie pie face, as she pulled her closer to the bar, a kingdom to Harlow after a great performance. Adrenaline coursed through her veins, endorphins waiting to sweep her up and beg for a well deserved drink. "You think so? Tonight I got a standing ovation - that's mighty friendly of everyone to give me. I have to thank them all, don't I?" The gregarious, electric blonde got up on one of the bar stools and threw her arms up. "Drinks for everyone! Go ahead, on me! On me literally if you want, don't be shy!" She giggled, still holding onto Audrey's hand. Coming back down on the ground, Harlow couldn't stop laughing as she moved along with the fellow blonde. "Look at this radiant fucking beauty. How is it that you came alone tonight and not with your crowd of men around the block for you, huh? Did you get them all a night off?" Harlow grabbed the shot glass she had and held it up to cheers with her friend. "Fucking cheers, darling, right?"

"You deserve them, darling, you are simply magnificent." Audrey said as she gave the woman a hug and kissed her cheek. Audrey showed her love with giving gifts, it was her language so to speak and she would spoil the people she admired and adored, Harlow being one of them. It was rare Audrey got out of the house without her children attached at her hip so she was going to enjoy yourself and would feel the mom shame later.

"Start with shots and see where that takes us, the night is young!" the boisterous blonde said as she smiled "Ah, you're spoiling me now, appreciate you, sugar."

The fiery lounge singer exclaimed, moving forward to kiss and hug the person who had just gotten her flowers after her performance at the Daring Daiquiri. For Harlow, it was something she dearly loved - singing, up on stage, where the light gleamed on her and the entire stage felt like her domain. So much of her life, her childhood felt like Harlow had her own stage, but to get up, to actually perform and have people adore her the way they did - it made her flames burn even brighter.

"Do you want a drink? Let's do shots - let's start with shots and see how it all goes. You know me, I don't stop at just shots." Harlow winked, scrunching her face. "All on me - everything on me! Let's go, bartender, show me what you're made of! Fucking A!"

I would never do it but I've always wanted to get something tattooed." the blonde said as she shook her head with a slight chuckle "So let me ask you this, if you had to give me a tattoo what would you suggest?"

“I wish I was shitting you,” Mack says, his index finger running along his tattooed forearm where there was no space for anymore inkings, hoping that they could use their imagination for what he was trying to explain from his last shift, “They got it done right here, just about the wrist. Their partner’s bitemark impression tattooed for life. I’ve inked a lot of crazy shit, but that one was new even for me.”

Audrey smiled at him."well if you like crazy, you've found the right woman." she said half joking but also half telling the truth. "I don't mean like bad crazy but the fun kind, oh god I'm just gonna shut up and let you enjoy the cookie."

Audrey had been working all night on her new vegan recipe, tasting it for herself she thought it tasted like heaven but then again she loved anything she baked because that was just who she was. As she pulled the cookies out of the oven, she put them on a sample plate and walked out to the front where she saw someone passing by the door. Audrey quickly grabbed the plot and unlocked the door running outside to flag the person down.

"Hey!" she called with a smile "I probably look like a crazy person right now." the blonde said as she wiped some coconut flour from her cheek.

"Would you try this for me, please? I'm trying to make more vegan options for my cookies and I just want to know if this is good."

"I'm so sorry if I interrupted you or like freaked you out, I kinda tend to do that sometimes." the blonde said shyly as she looked up "Be honest, please, I always want to make sure I'm giving my customers the very best in the business." Audrey gave him an assuring smile, letting him know that any criticism she could take.

"Oh my goodness, thank you so much, I really appreciate your honesty." Audrey sighed a little bit of relief "I want to serve everyone, vegan is a new learning experience for me but I want to be inclusive so everyone can enjoy a sweet now and then."

——- One of codey’s best ways to relax was to just go on a walk -- letting himself get lost within his own mind and thinking of a few different ways he could avoid some bad habits he got into as his music grew in popularity . he thought nothing passing by a shop til he heard a voice call out to him -- turning on his heel -- heterchromic eyes ( one blue , one green ) looking to the blonde  curiously , gently biting on his lower lip some . the mention of how crazy she might look , the fake redhead couldn’t help but give a little nod of his head -- a slight chuckle escaping before walking slowly up a bit closer to the woman . ❝ honestly never imagined i’d be stopped just to try a cookie -- but -- what’s the harm there ? ❞

The musician gently took one of the cookies , looking at it for a moment before taking a medium sized bite , allowing himself to just taste the favours of the baked good before he swallow it and glance from the vegan cookie -- back towards the blonde woman who made them . ❝  my honest opinion -- they’re good -- but i personally wouldn’t many only for the fact of i don’t have sweets much . it’s great though -- it’s good that you’re trying to include vegan options . ❞

"Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt you." the blonde woman said slightly timid as she offered the tray up to her. "A whole one, I want to make sure that they taste good all the way through, that there's perfect texture through out." Audrey explained as she moved her head so she could move the hair from her face.

"It is vegan, I'm still learning the right but I was hoping they were going to be good, the coconut flour it isn't overwhelming the cinnamon or vanilla bean?"

Blake had been off from the Mountainside Inn that day in the midst of running her errands. Her keys jingle from her she holds them, clutched in her hand, and she is in a leisurely pace after finishing her first appointment and with a window a time before her next one, she's taken a downtown stroll.

"Huh?" She perks up and looks through her sunglasses, tugging the wire to her headphones to pull one out of her ear. Her younger siblings have said something or other about her needing to update to Airpods at some point, but anyway - Blake looks down to the plate and carefully picks a cookie up from the plate. "A whole one?" It has to be now that she's touched it, but the young woman's sunny demeanor doesn't make her too worried about upsetting her.

"This is vegan?" she asks after a nibble. "I can barely tell the difference! They're delicious."

Audrey was born the last child, she wasn't expected at her mothers age but she wasn't a surprise either because her parents had always talked about having a little girl one day and when Audrey was born, she was everything her parents imagined her to be. As she got older her mother put her in dance classes to wear off her energy but didn't realize she was going to be top of her class in it and would go on to win state and regional championships. All through out high school she was classified as a 'do it all' girl, she was captain of her swim team, cheerleading team, dance team and prom queen.

As she got older however, her brothers pulled away from her, seeing her as the apple of her parents eye seeing as they handed her everything she ever asked for in life. However, the youngest of her brothers remained close to her that was until her parents filed for divorce after her mother had cheated with her fathers best friend. Audrey was fifteen when she and her mother moved to Fairford, her father seeing it be best he raised the boys but however still made sure his daughter had everything she'd need but the mother getting nothing which gave Audrey's mother a bad taste in her mouth towards her daughter.

After High School Audrey went immediately off to college to get her business and financial degree, that was when she met a slightly older man, not by many years but still enough to catch Audrey's eye. She got pregnant with her son at twenty-one years old, the man had decided his career gain was more important so Audrey gave birth to her son, alone. She had been a single mother and still graduated with honors at the top of her class in both areas of her degree. A few years passed, she was out one night and had met the same man that had left her years earlier, had a one night stand and had become pregnant again with the same man's child, she gave birth to her daughter three months ago and while she was pregnant opened her own cookie shop and bought her own house in the suburbs. Both of which her dad helped her out with, giving her lavish gifts and spoiling his grandchildren is the way her dad makes up for sending her off when she was just a teenager.
