Hey Volnutt! Just stopping in to say hi, been pretty busy playing pokemon lately. Hope you're doing well!!

I'm alright.  I'm playing a lot of Wind Waker.  I like the pirates and the flooded world, it really reminds me of back home.  I was thinking of checking out Skies of Arcadia Legends too.  It looks like it's something I'd really like!

Yeah.  My grandfather found me when I was a baby inside the Nino Ruins.  I can safely say the last thing he was expecting was to find a baby in a dangerous place like that.  Did I mention I was adopted?  Guess it slipped my mind. As for Classic, where I'm from Mega Man is the name of a video game series.  It has a bunch of spinoffs, like Zero and X and so forth, so Roll and I just call the original Mega Man games "Mega Man Classic."  They're some of her favorites, but I'm not that much of a fan of them.  It's this really hard platforming series on the original Nintendo.  That Mega Man has a tumblr too.  He's really nice so I kind of feel bad for not liking his games that much.  

How'd you end up with a Netnavi with my name, anyway?

I guess it’s a coincidence that they have the same name. I mean… Papa gave him to me with that name. It’s not his… real name, mind you, but hey.

Maybe MegaMan is more common of a name than we both realized.

Crap.  I think I'm stuck in a depressed slump.  Again.  I didn't even see it creeping up on me.  One minute I was thinking how some anons can be really horrible and that I just didn't think I knew who to trust out on the internet, and the next it was like a month had passed and I don't even know where that month WENT.  Sorry about dropping off the face of Tumblr for a while.   Now there are people talking about Inafune making some kind of spiritual successor to my games and I think I feel like throwing up a little.  I'm having a bunch of weird feelings right now and I don't like any of them.  I know I said I'd be okay if they didn't get me out of here if it meant more people wouldn't have to get kicked around to the point of depression at their jobs, but actually facing the idea of never returning home as a real probability is scary, too.  What if Capcom goes under and I get sold to EA?  Or sold to some company that doesn't make games but just likes owning things they never use?  I don't know what to think about anything.   Why can't we all just win and have everyone be happy? I know I probably need something right now but I don't know what I need anymore.  Besides, well, none of this ever happening in the first place.  Which can't actually happen.  Maybe it's just all really bad timing with everything.  Sorry if I made your day less nice.  I had to get this out somewhere.  Last time this happened I was out of commission for a year.  I don't want to leave you guys for a year, but you probably don't want to hear about how lousy I feel either.  

Yuna and Sera are lucky they're less human than me.  They have no idea what they're missing.

Looking at Classic's tumblr he seems to be doing great!  He's friendly, you should talk to him sometime if you haven't.  askmegaman.tumblr.com is where you'll find him.I've seen better days but I'm hanging in there.  Sometimes if I have a bad day or two it drags out longer than you'd think because this place is kind of depressing.  I'll probably play some video games tonight.  Zelda's pretty fun.

Nope.  I actually don’t like playing Smash Bros. up here.  Roll and I used to play the original together back when I was home and it was kind of a special thing, so I don’t feel right playing it without her there next to me.  Roll tells me she’s definitely picking it up.  I hope she gets it on launch day.  I’d like to think she picks them up partly so it’ll be there for me as soon as I get back, but I know she’s excited about Classic Mega Man being in there too!

I always had a rule page up (http://askvolnutt.tumblr.com/faq) and I don't think you broke any rules, Joshua.  I don't have very many of them.  They're just "Nobody but the person who owns the Megaman Legends IP can reunite me with my friends and family" and...actually, that's it. 

Everything else is okay for anyone to do.  Just remember that I have feelings and opinions too, just like you.  Stuff people says can change how I feel about things, and if someone says something mean or doesn't listen to me if I tell them something important then I'll react like you'd expect anyone to.  Ever like something and then have someone else talk about it all the time to you until you get sick of it?  That happens to me too.  I guess the best way to understand me is to just read my tumblr and that will tell you what's going on in my life.  Usually it's nothing.  Sometimes it's not.  But things change all the time.  If you're talking about asking me about Nintendo characters I have never met, then you don't need to worry, that's not a rule.  I'm just right now tired of talking about Nintendo characters I have never met.  Really though it's just because I kept getting asks about them over and over and over from what I know now is the same person.  Maybe in a month or two I'll feel like talking about them again, who knows?  I know I don't feel like the same person who got in that spaceship thinking I was just going to Elysium for a few hours to beat Sera and then come home in time for dinner, that's for sure, and it would be crazy to think I'm exactly the same as I was back then.  If this experience of being stuck here did not change me at all, then I would think there is something wrong with me!I don't think I will ever like hearing that someone killed my friends though.  But then again who would ever want to hear that in the first place?

Oh, uh, sure.  Sorry if I look a little scared myself.  I’ve had some problems with strangers lately.  But I do like cooking and I was just about to make burgers, so sure, you can have one!  I’ll teach you guys my recipe for stovetop burgers, too, and then you can make them whenever you want!You need:

1 pound of ground beef chuckAbout 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce1 medium-sized clove of pressed garlic1/4 cup parmasean cheeseOlive OilA panA bowlA spatula

Step 1: Mix all ingredients in the bowl using your hands.  If you are wearing gloves take them off first.  Step 2: Mold the mix into patties and put a dent in the middle with your thumb. When you cook burgers using meat with a lot of fat in it (which you should use to make it juicier) they shrink, so the dent in the middle will make the finished burger flat.  Without the dent they end up rounded and that leaves less room for the fixin’s!I save the leaner packs of ground beef for things like tacos where the beef is cooked loose and the fat accidentally gets mixed in too much.    Pour a little bit of olive oil (about 1/2 tsp because the beef will eventually start to drip fat and grease the pan that way) in the pan and fry up the burger!  I use a gas stove and the middle setting works.  It’s done in about 6-8 minutes.  You can add whatever toppings or buns you want, or you could eat it plain.  I like ketchup and mustard with cheese, on a potato roll! …I really hope you actually like burgers.
