Namor chuckles, "is she always so energetic?" He asks Laura as she steps around him.

"Her bio mom kept her in a small white room strapped to a table every day. She's got years of pent up energy to get out," Laura shrugs. "She stopped biting kids without healing factors though"

Ororo looks around as she realizes Namor had gone missing from their group. "I do not wish to alarm anyone, but where is Namor? He should not be wandering around alone, not all of the children have control over their mutations"

Shuri drops what she’s working on and sprints out of the room.

T’challa sighs heavily. Following behind her at a brisk pace.

“We would be better off perhaps asking the professor. The campus is rather large!” He shouts after her.

Namor, feeling more pressure on his neck, gently grabs her hand to stop her claws from digging in further.

"That's not gonna work she can make them longer," Laura tells him, using one of her hair ties she keeps on her wrist to tie off the fishtail braid she'd been working on. It's loose and messy but it's not tangled so she's taking the win

Ororo pulls up the footage from the corner when Shuri was rounding it and the surrounding areas in all directions she could have gone.

"I thought princesses had to know lots of languages," Laura whispers loudly.

Victoria nods, "sí! Mines all real, it's heavy and hot"

Ororo looks around, "no use panicking, if she left the school she would contact us. I told her not to run..." She grabs his hand and pulls him towards the room with the security systems in it to check the cameras.

"Only if you speak Spanish!" Laura says before turning to look and seeing the younger girl. "I guess she can join without speaking Spanish, second languages are hard."

Victoria turns to look and has an expression like she's forgotten something important before turning to namor and asking a question quietly in Spanish.

Namor thinks for a moment before turning to Shuri and asking the same question in Shuri's first language, "what's the word for your hairstyle in English? This girl wants to compliment you but neither of us can remember"

Namor sits calmly in an empty classroom on the floor, all of the desks and chairs shoved and stacked by the two children holding him captive, with claws against his throat as Laura and Victoria braid his hair and do his makeup while gossiping with him in Spanish. Laura was practicing fishtail braids on his hair and Victoria was trying her best to do his eyeliner but it was very squiggly and thick, and she was using a crayon

She pulls him into a proper hug, "I'm a teacher because I want to be, not because I have to be, Peter... You never have to apologize for your emotions. I'm glad you have your aunt, though... Nobody deserves to be alone like I was."

"If you move in I'm adding a space heater," he chuckles. "I don't want you freezing when I'm gone"

She giggles, "Ororo will be fine, Peter. Storm is just my hero name, and queen is a title I could lose as quickly as paperwork can be signed. I prefer to simply use my name whenever possible... After all, it's the only thing I have left to remind me of my parents."

"I used to have staring contests with giant octopuses," he jokes.

"Shirts slow me down when I swim, but I will consider wearing them on land if it gets too cold"

"I need to know if she's on the land or in the water at least. If there's an emergency I need to go get her, Peter. I'm not going to bother her, I'm not going to tell my husband, but I still need to know... You don't have to tell me, I can guess, and then you haven't broken your friends trust."

Once he leaves she turns back to Peter, "I apologize, my husband is being overly protective of his sister and I fear it is causing a rift between them. Is Shuri with Namor? She does not have her strength anymore, I wish to know someone is protecting her."
