(Still open for RPing on my new character)
Open Starter: Lost
Marsh sighed, pulling his cloak tight around him as he trudged through the snowy forest.
He had no memory of how he’d arrived in this place, but he knew with iron-hard certainty that this wasn’t the world he’d been born on. The snow was the first tip off. Even after Harmony had set the world right, snow wasn’t a very common sight. And these trees were like nothing he’d seen before. Massive, twisted things, their bare branches scraping against one another in the wind.
He burned tin now. He almost always did. The hypervigilance was an old habit, from the days when he’d been in the Rebellion.
With the enhanced hearing that the metal gave him, Marsh could hear the sound of approaching footsteps. With a sigh of relief, Marsh pulled the hood of his cloak up, letting it hide the spikes where his eyes should have been. With any luck, this person would be able to tell him where in damnation he was.

Really? You’re not enjoying having a body to yourself?
✶
What’s it like, having your own body? Instead of sharing someone else’s, I mean?

Yeah. Never really thought about it until I didn’t have one.

“I...yeah. I’ll do that. Eventually.”
“He didn’t know you were pregnant, then?” Harry said, blinking away tears. I…I guess it must’ve been a shock to him, seeing me at that trial all those years later.
“Sorry for snapping at you.”

((OOC: for some reason, asks sent to one of my sideblogs aren’t showing up. I know they’re there because I’ve been told that people sent them, but they’re not in the inbox.
Anyone know what’s going on?))

“Better than nothing,” Harry said. “It’s been a while since I’ve had to do the whole ‘student’ thing, though.”
“He got something, but not what he was hoping for.” Harry said, his expression one of grim satisfaction.
“I don’t necessarily need to do the healing myself. Probably best if I don’t, considering how bad I am at the delicate stuff. But if you can give me somewhere to start, I can either learn on my own, or I can find someone else who can do the healing.”

((OOC: I was going through my drafts and found this, and I checked the date on your post and it turns out this is like a year old and I’m really sorry I forgot about it until now.))

((OOC: well, I gave in to temptation. Made another RP blog.))
((Explanation: It’s an RP blog for Marsh, a character from the Mistborn series by Brandon Sanderson. Somehow, he ended up in the Dresdenverse. This happens sometime after the current Mistborn series (alloy of law and its upcoming sequels). If anyone wants to RP, let me know. I wanna get this character up and running if I can.))

“Not like I’ve got an option,” Harry sighed. I don’t have a boat of my own, and I do not want to find out what’s on the Nevernever side of the Island.”
“Yeah. I’ve noticed. As evidenced by the fact that there’s still something in my head.” Harry snapped, rubbing his temples.
