"look, uh, there's mistletoe, and..." Red very quickly pressed his teeth to their cheek, then backed up a step.

Eric blinked in surprise at the kiss (or what seemed to resemble a kiss, anyway). It happened so quick that he had to take a moment and glance up at the mistletoe that dangled above them. Oh, so that's it. Eric smiled and returned his focus to the shorter skeleton, letting out a little laugh.

"Hey, don't run now," He chimed, stepping forward to meet him and leaning in to place a soft kiss on the man's cheek, "Mwah~ There."

Eric gave a little pat to the opposite bony cheek, smiling sweetly, "Merry Christmas, Red."

Eric blushed seeing Damian under that mistletoe, contemplating on pretending he saw nothing and walking away. However, he found that he couldn't bring himself to leave, staring at Damian's lips for a moment.

"... Th-This doesn't mean anything, g-got it?"

Eric stepped forward and placed his delicate hands on the sides of his face. There was brief moment of hesitation before he leaned up and placed a gentle kiss on the other's lips. It lasted for a few moments, Eric pulling away with a bright red face.

"... M-Merry Christmas, Damian"

Eric raised his brows as he felt the arms snake around his waist, turning his head to catch a glimpse of his sudden captor. While it wasn’t uncommon for Damian to be affectionate with him, the moment his face nuzzled his skin, Eric froze right up and his face tingled with a blush. It was difficult to admit, but he really did like it when Damian got like this. Or was he just used to his advances? Those crystal blue hues of his glanced away to the floor in embarrassment, though his hands drifted to rest on the other’s arms and he did nothing to push him away.

“D-Damian– Ah, is there.. anything I can help you with?” Eric stammered out, swallowing a bit as he let the taller man embrace him.

Oh man, his mouth was dangerously close to his neck. The mere thought of him kissing him there made the vampire feel even more flustered. No, calm down, Eric. He’s just hugging you, that’s all. Yeah.

Holy crap. He did it. It took precise pacing and a couple hours of their time, but hot damn here he was. Eric was drunk. Slumped over on the counter, he hummed a delightful sigh and twirled his glass in his hand, his face flushed red. “Man, this is awesome. I’ve never been drunk before..” He mumbled out, looking to the skeleton beside him and offering a silly grin, “Thanks for bringing me out tonight. You havin a good time over there?”Eric could help but giggle, reaching over to give him a weak nudge on the arm, followed by a pat on his shoulder as he spoke. Touchy feely, this one.

It wasn’t… a pleasant sight nor was it an expected one. The small and gentle-seeming Eric was in the heat of a vicious battle right before Arbiter’s eyes and not as a victim. Swarming him were a few larger creatures, one that Eric just roundhouse kicked in the face. In the blur of motion, the most noticeable thing was the shimmer of a blade in the boy’s hand. With seemingly expert movements, Eric fought the demons off, bringing one to the ground and driving the blade into its chest before pulling it out to slash at the next. It seemed to end in seconds, leaving the small boy in its midst. “Christ… these things can make it down here, too…”

Eric ran his fingers through his hair and his posture slumped a little, easing from the high strung stress that he was just going through. He then turned so that he could be seen easier, an unnatural shining blue hue peeking through the blood that was splattered on his face. 

Suddenly, his gaze would snap up to finally spot Arbiter, causing him to stiffen up once again and a look of horror to slowly appear on his face.“A.. Arbiter?”
