Trust is weird but a delicate thing
When do we trust someone actually? And why do we trust someone when we really trust them? Moreover is trust really a reliable measure of the genuineness of someone or something?
Be it any relationship or friendship, any understanding between humans or organizations......they cannot exist without trust. Trust is defined as the belief in something as true/trustworthy.
Trust is what you expect from people close to you and give everyone you know for long enough. We trust someone when we know them over a period of time and we gain confidence in their behavior and actions.  And once you trust someone you don't doubt their good intentions.
Trust is something which you can never tell if you are very sure of it but always tell if you are unsure of it.
Trust is very hard won, easily lost and never fully regained.
As we know every leaf has two sides, so does every person. And we only see that side of the person which they want and allow us to see. Then does our "trust" towards the person really make him/her  'trustworthy'?
Trust (faith) is weird but a delicate thing.
There would be no foundation for any relation, friendship or companionship without trust. But, if it exists too much then it would only make the friendship or relationship just meaningless and blind. Building any relationship or association is analogous to making a recipe. Let's take the typical example of making an Indian meat stew( meat curry). We add oil, vegetables, meat, and spices inattentively and as per our wish but when we are about to add salt, we are cautious and very conscious. The reason being, too sparse salt will make the stew bland and too much of it will make it unfit for consumption.
Trust is the 'salt' to any relation.
Every association needs a generous but the right amount of faith. Too much of it would make it meaningless and too little will make it weak.
As a Sanskrit quote says "Ati sarvatra varjayet" which means " anything in excess is vain" or as stated by  Amish Tripathi as "excess of anything is bad" also applies to faith.
And what about trust in God or trust in religion? Almost every religion teaches you that 'you reap what you sow'.If your deed/Actions are good, then your results will be good. Trust in religion never implies only on either worship of chambers, stones, shrines or the hatred towards another religion or god.
Positively, Religion is a concept propagated for promotion of righteous actions and humanity.
Surprisingly enough, Trust as a noun refers to a group of people or an organization that controls an amount of money/property and invests it on behalf of other people as a charity or helping the needy(good intentions). The great thing about  'Trust' is, Trust when putting in proper causes, right places, genuine persons and humanity can do miracles!!!
