Modding help needed!

Think I will start here since I'm too nervous to actually ask in the official server.

I got an idea for a mod involving one of my own characters but it's. A very big concept, a whole campaign with multiple dreams, endings, and the character has unique abilities along with there being at least two custom regions to explore. Worst part, I don't know basically anything about modding, the best I can do is anything art related, and I know very well this is a turn off, but it is why I do ask for help.

I got quite a bit down already, though things are subject to change. I will put all relevant information about the campaign [minus spoilers] below the cut.

MAINTENANCE ORDER

Play as Abundant Summers [she has specific atlases]

Hover ability [her jet pack is broken, it can be fixed later on in the campaign]

Upon jet pack being fixed by Five Pebbles, can fly across rooms. A bar will appear below showing how much fuel you have, conserve it, because it only becomes full again by using food items.

Crafting ability

Can tame lizards easier

You do need need to eat [this will be replaced with something else]

You cannot see echoes [this is subject to change]

Custom intro and dreams

Campaign is set between Monk and Rivulet [Unfortunate Development has spread further, but Five Pebbles is not fully consumed]

Differing dialog from Pebbles and Moon [Pebbles expresses his displeasure for her, and Moon expresses surprise]

Three endings [one for ascension, [why would you want to ascend?] one for Journey's End, [meet Survivor and Monk] and a secret ending]

Custom regions connected to Outer Expanse, [Deserted Desert] and Five Pebbles [Rotten Complex] with custom creatures, and pearls

Introduction

Music: Unseen Lands

Summers is shown as a small speck with a smoke trail, before it fades into a close up on her, she is approaching Five Pebbles

A vulture swoops in and tries to attack her, causing damage to her jet pack

You can see the ground from above the clouds as Summers falls, the screen fades to her being much farther away, still falling, as it all cuts to black

You start in OE_RUIN24

You start at karma 3

Your max karma is 8 [this is subject to change]

Cutscenes and art

The campaign art is of Summers flying through the air, upon starting the Campaign, it changes to her wandering, holding a spear. The background changes depending on the region she is in

Sleep screen shows Summers in a shelter, not sleeping but trying to fix her jet pack

Upon meeting Five Pebbles and him fixing it for you [so you can leave him alone] the art changes to Summers leaning against the shelter wall, messing with her watch, trying to get in contact with her local group. She is unsuccessful

I have most of them written, there are seven dreams in total and most require you to be in specific regions, or to interact with Moon/Pebbles, etc.

TBD: dreams involving Summers being able to contact her local group, and showing Summers in the shelter with a special animation of a hologram, and dialog boxes below

Dialog

I'll write dialog for Moon and Pebbles soon, but with Summers able to communicate with them they can talk back and forth

Summers has special pearl dialog as well! And is able to read aloud pearl dialog and convey her own thoughts about them. Giving any of the new pearls from the custom regions to Moon results in Moon also reading them, and conveying her own thoughts.
