So I took a shot at redoing the off the grid lot in Evergreen Harbor. I did remove the off the grid trait as I felt there wasn't good enough no cc stuff for that trait.

 So the next stop on my Maxis make- over train ride  is Willow Creek's library. When I look at its location on the map, it always gave me a feel of a modern downtown building in an urban setting. So I gave it a shoot and I think I Like how it turned out.

So here is a small bedroom recolor that i did for a contest on a Sims forum that I am a member of (you can find the forum here:  http://simpearls.co.uk/simpearls/index.php?action=forum ). The theme of the recolor was to use a mood board they posted of a teen girl who love the sun and beach  to recolor specific bedroom objects from the base game.

Rita "Granny" Ohara | Sims 4 | Short Story

Rita O'hara, more well known as Granny, is a sweet old lady who lives with her two cats. While is is a big cat lover, if you ever ask her she will tell you that she is not a crazy cat lady; even though her two cant were "barrowed" from the nursing home her late husband lived.

Since they were never able to have kids they spent their lives loving each other to the max. When they got older Luis started to show signs of dementia. Till the day he pasted she spend every moment by his side.
