I’ve had a lovely break and time away from home but my body and my skin are beyond keen for a real shower and a real bed.

Keen to get back into training and hopefully things stay normal and this year isn’t filled with lockdowns and is filled with celebrations and happiness 🤞🏼

Something I’m trying to practice and ingrain more in my thinking! It’s okay and normal to feel anxious about anxious situations, but instead of clinging onto those thoughts, we can feel better by letting the anxious thoughts go and replacing them with healthier ones! 🌱✨
