Jiang Jun (Chinese: 將軍) "General"

Historically, the Jiang Jun are mentioned as Cavalry Captains, with one of the most famous examples being General Guan Yu. Guan Yu served under warlord Liu Bei, helping establish the Shu Han dynasty which was one of three dynasties from 220 AD to 280 AD.

Jiang Jun's signature weapon was also invented by General Guan Yu, who gave his desired specifications to a smithy. The weapon's name is Yanyuedao 偃月刀, which means reclining moon blade, but it's more commonly known as Guan Dao in honor of the General himself. Weighing in at approximately 18 kilograms, he was able to wield such a large weapon due to his stature and strength.

Jiang Jun is a Heavy type hero, which means he has an increased health bar but decreased sprint speed at 6.25 m/s, though it's much better compared to Shugoki's dismal 5.5 m/s (I'm not counting Oni's charge) but slightly slower than a vanguard's footspeed.

That being said, Jiang Jun is not a sloppy character. Jiang Jun excels at manipulating both his stamina and the stamina of his enemies.

When timed correctly, Sifu's Poise [c] can dodge any attack and regenerate stamina. But that comes at a cost of his stamina regen rate being reduced.

There's also Dou Shi's choke hold. After parrying any attack, pressing and holding the middle mouse button will lock the opponent in a stranglehold, which will drain half the opponent's stamina.

Ocelotl is here to kick Conquistador Vela's ass

For Honor's new addition to the Outlanders clan is the new Ocelotl hero of Mesoamerican descent. In the context of the game, the last members of the Tenochtitlan empire, which had been massacred for its riches by Conquistador Vela, sail for Heathmoor with the help of the Pirates to enact revenge.

Putting aside the fact that For Honor is not the most stable game and that I ran into problems after buying the character for $4.39 on Steam, I was really hyped to try him out. I was also intrigued by the whole Mesoamerican theme of the character.

The armor of Aztec warriors is made from the skins of various animals, in the case of the Ocelotl, you can shuffle between Jaguar or snakeskin.

I also like his weapons, the Machuahuitl mace and the Tepoztopilli short spear. Both of them are lined with Obsidian (unless you change the weapon in the character customization menu). Obsidian is not exactly a sturdy material, but it is extremely sharp and I would not want to imagine that small rock shattering inside someone's skin. Talk about long-term PAIN.

The Ocelotl uses his spear for light attacks and his mace for heavy attacks and is the only character in For Honor capable of administering two consecutive zone attacks to the enemies, which also apply hyper armor, ensuring that the zone attacks are uninterrupted.

To live or not to live . . . not to live.

The Hitokiri is an interesting character. The word Hitokiri [人斬り] means manslayer. That comes from the fact that they are executioners, hunting down criminals and giving out a sentence.

There is a lot to consider when talking about the design of this character, but the first thing that catches my eye is the faces hung around the waist, which is a feature on almost all chest variations. They are supposed to represent the souls of those who Hitokiri slaughtered. Other than that, nothing really comes to mind except for the helm portrayed in the pictures above. It certainly is an interesting design.

The Masakari axe, a double edged, heavy axe requires immence skill to wield effectively. But it’s weight has it’s advantages. It’s not exactly a traditional samurai weapon, who largely used katanas, nodachis, naginatas and so on. This weapon originates from the Yamabushi, ascentic hermits, who lead a solitary life in the mountains of the shugendo region. They used agricultural tools as weapons.

Hitokiri is described as mix-up intensive hard hitter.

This character’s moveset utilises “Mugen-ryu” which essentially allows chain heavy attacks, while any light attack that proceeds a heavy attack will finish the attack chain. Mangetsu rift is also a useful ability, holding the button for the a heavy charges up an uninterruptable attack. It is slow, but it fools the enemy into attacking you instead of parrying your attack, while your opponent staggers back, you will remain uninterrupted. The opponent however can dodge the attack, so feinting Mangetsu rift and then lunging ahead with a heavy attack is crucial.

Other movesets worth taking in mind is the Rei kick and Rei sweep. Pressing the designated button after either a first light attack or a heavy attack will kick the opponent to the left or right, depending on the direction of your attack, although it’s hard to aim. Holding the designated button will have the character lower down and sweep the character off their feet. Word of warning, it can be countered by The Conqueror’s shield bash, or a similar bash attack.

Overall, the Hitokiri is a unwelcome surprise to your enemies, they certainly won’t appreciate being swept from their feet, but it doesn’t mean they won’t be able to counter your tricks. To make this character viable, experience in parrying feinting and dodging is paramount, which is why before buying this character, I recommend spending time with other characters, until you have a grasp of timing your moves.

The Iron Lady

Margaret Thatcher was the first female Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. Opinion on Mrs. Thatcher was mixed between those who supported her and those who fell to the hole of unemployment.

“You’re moving too fast“

She said.

But to be honest. I respect Margaret. Not for her goverment-public spending cut policies, but her ability to hold firm and to move forward, rather than stepping aside and letting people like Galtierri invade sovereign territory and not to expect any sort retaliation from the masters of those lands

She may have lost The Falklands, but she took it back.

Let me put this into context. I live in Armenia, a country with rich culture and history. I loved my country. But now I see the continous actions of our leaders, generals and admirals within these 25 years, that have led us to the loss of not only our territory, but also our people in Kharabakh. We claimed it as ours, and it was, but the incompetence of our commanders and presidents led to Kharabakh territory not joining the territory of Armenia, thus becoming the part of The Armenian Republic.

My position is neutral towards the state of our country, it pains me to see it like this, but we deserve it.

If this lady were in charge of Armenia, it would have no problem such as “Russia or America” and it would have to worry about Turkey and Azerbajan.

Mrs. Thatcher, wherever you are, you have my respect. I look up to you not only as a Prime Minister, but also as a person.

An Idea

So I was on Tumblrlrlrb and I was looking at some good Charbee art. I noticed a really good one, which I’m sure belonged to a person by the username @youkaiyume​ who did a wonderful job. Here it is.

And I couldn’t think about bumblebee transforming to a Genocidal Dictator’s dream car, The VolksWagen Beetle. My thoughts were…

“Isn’t there a really good german car that is fast, small and agile, because I don’t like the VW Beetle and I don’t like the 2nd Gen Chevrolet Camaro.”

When I saw Bumblebee’s Robot for at the end of the Bumblebee Movie, I though that the Camaro looks do not complement his body structure. I took long enough for me to find the perfect sports car for Bumblebee and I think that it’s marvelous.

and… well there is no other way of saying it… it’s the one of the best looking and most unusual looking cars I have ever seen and the best looking Porsche I have ever seen.

The genius behind this car is a man called Dr. Ferdinant Porsche, the man who stole designed the Beetle (from Czechoslovakia) oh Adolf Hitler’s orders. 

It is based on the same chassis as the Beetle, it has the same engine, the same transmission and slightly modified suspenstion for better cornering. You would think that the stock 25 horsepower from a 4 cylinder, air cooled engine would mean that the car would go from 0-60 in 10 million years…

…however, the unusual possition of the engine meant that the front end of the car could be used purely for aerodynamics and that is what made the car move in the corners like a rampant rabbit and go on the straight so fast, the people’s hats would fly off their heads. Problem solved.

And just imagine the car in that Bumblebee Yellow. I think it would be fantastic. What do you think?

A car fit for Churchill

This is not just another vintage british car. This is the very idea of “Nor replacement for displacement”. This is a car that would be excellent for Winston Churchill, one of the Prime Ministers of UK.

The 1931 Bentley 8-Litre.

As the name would suggest, It has an 8 liter engine, and Since W.O Bentley was a locomotive engineer, the engine had some technolodgy from a train engine, so it was more reliable than it’s aero-engine-powered Mercedes and Hispano Sueiza competitors.

W.O Bentley guaranteed that the 8-litre would do a 100 mph (160 km/h) or more, depending on the weight of the coachwork body.

So why is it a car fit for Winston Churchill?

Unlike it’s competitors, this car had 4 seats with massive 2 ashtrays in the backseats. It’s like it was built for Mr. Churchill.

Jay Leno even has one, and he says that it’s a comfortable car and a car that handles pretty well, considering it’s gargantuan size.

This is the most bonkers british car, since the Rolls Royce Silver Ghost.

Hello there fellow Tumblrlrlbrl... whatever. Hello there. (GENERAL KENOBI). I have only recently began to understand what Tumblrrlrlrl is and for some reason I fell in love with it.

Let me tell you something. I am litterally consuming memes and many other ridiculous stuff from this one website called Pinterest and I’m afraid so is 99.99% of people who read this. 

What led me to Tumblr? Hunger for good fanart. Specifically Transformers and Star Wars.There is however another thing that led me to Tumblr, which is called Wattpad. And there is a lot of smut there and 3000 stories on the same theme and same plot. It’s a disaster.

So tonight I have two Grand Tour Grand Tips for you people. Avoid Pinterest whenever possible and avoid Wattpad WITH YOUR LIFE.
