I remember first learning that you can cry from any emotion, that emotions are chemical levels in your brain and your body is constantly trying to maintain equilibrium. so if one emotion sky rockets, that chemical becomes flagged and signals the tear duct to open as an exit to release that emotion packaged neatly within a tear. Everything made sense after learning that. That sudden stability of your emotions after crying. How crying is often accompanied by the inability to feel any other emotion in that precise moment. And it is especially beautiful knowing that it is even possible to experience so much beauty or love or happiness that your body literally can’t hold on to all of it. So what I’ve learned is that crying signifies that you are feeling as much as humanely possible and that is living to the fullest extent. So keep feeling and cry often and as much as needed
Saitama and Genos attempt to put together Ikea furniture but it takes so long that Genos becomes impatient and puts it together however the fuck he wants to because “it’s a bookshelf not a nuclear weapon, Sensei.” It ends up in pieces a few hours later and Genos throws it off the balcony
“You remembered to turn the oven off before we left, right Genos?” “Of course, Sensei, I…wait, did I?” “You’re asking me?” “Did you see me do it?” “Yes? No. I don’t know. Ugh. Let’s just go back.”
Saitama and Genos are out buying paint for the walls of their apartment but they forget what kind of white the walls are and end up buying a shade that is way off. “Goddamnit Genos you were right. We should have gotten snowflake sunshine instead of pale moon bliss.”
“What are you doing face down on the floor, Sensei?” “I don’t feel like moving.” Genos shrugs and lays on top of him.
Saitama loses the TV remote and spends the entire day tearing apart the apartment trying to find it. Genos comes home and finds it in 2 seconds.
Saitama leans over to kiss Genos but ends up missing and catching him in the eye.
“Was it two eggs or three?” “Wait, Genos, you threw out the box? I’m not digging in the trash for it.” “But Sensei–Maybe it was three.” “No. No. You’re not messing this cake up. *sighs* I’ll go get it.”
Saitama forgets to bring his keys with him while he’s out and has to knock on the door to get back into the apartment. Genos can’t hear him because he’s listening to music and Saitama gets stuck outside for an hour before he just punches the door open.
Genos and Saitama fold the laundry together. However, Genos ends up sneezing and accidentally incinerates the shirt he’s holding. It was Saitama’s pajama top.
Woman calls 911 during traffic stop because she fears a cop, who eventually attacks her
Earledreka White was pulled over for crossing the double white line. She was so afraid of this cop she decided to call 911.And as it turned out she wasn’t wrong about him.
“I would like another officer to come out here,” she says to the dispatcher. “My heart is racing. I’m really afraid.” After that she says the dispatcher she felt “harrassed” and that’s when officer started grabbing her arm. Apparently these words really offended him.
As the result of the encounter she was placed in handcuffs and taken into custody. She spent 2 days in jail, fearing she would never come out of it , like Sandra Bland.
“Being pulled over is not the troubling part — what happened after being pulled over is what baffles me,” White told the newspaper. “As I tell the dispatcher that this man is threatening to ‘Tase’ me, he backs away, then comes back and literally tries to break my arm.”
Even when you act within the law you are in danger.
