Liviana- She’d probably worry a bit if MC was wearing something expensive or with a lot of delicate features, but she’d trust MC to be careful. She’d insist on taking some pictures and would want to try on some of MC’s clothes if they’d fit her. 

Amare- Would comment on how good MC looks in his clothes (and maybe make a sly comment on how they'd look better without any if they're comfortable with that). He’d encourage them to do it more often, he’d think it’s sweet and adorable, and I’d imagine it’d also make him feel kind of protective. 

Estelle- Would joke that MC is ‘swimming in them’ if they’re small, but wouldn’t make any further comments. She would, however, leave some of her baggiest clothes out. For no reason, of course. It’s not like she would want to see MC in more of her clothes. It was by pure accident, obviously.

Ellery- He’d really enjoy the sight, he’d attempt to tell them they look cute and that they are free to wear more of his clothes through stutters and a very flustered expression. But the memory would be burned in his mind forever.

???- Oh, they’d love this. I already told you all they’re a bit possessive, so this is right up their alley. Seeing MC in their clothes would make them feel protective and prideful, and they would insist MC wear their clothes more often. Bonus points if MC’s scent lingers on their clothes, ??? likes having little reminders of MC.

Assuming this is an unserious argument or an argument about something insignificant.

Liviana- Can imagine her being kind of offended about being interrupted, but she can’t deny that it was cute, and she does love kisses, so she’d get over it pretty fast. She would want to get revenge, though.

Amare- He’d laugh it off and go in for another kiss. I could see this becoming a habit between MC and him, just constantly surprising each other with kisses in the middle of conversations, aha. Maybe it’d even become a competition.

Estelle- She’d give MC an unimpressed look but would offer no complaints. She wouldn’t mind if they kept doing it during conversations, just not too much. 

Ellery- He’d be shocked and flustered, MC would definitely leave him sputtering for a few moments. But he might get a little irritated if he was in the middle of saying something important, it wouldn’t last long, though. He couldn’t stay mad at MC even if he tried.  ???- Similar to Liviana, they probably wouldn’t take it well at first. But kisses are nice and they guess the argument wasn’t that serious, so they’re willing to forgive and forget- and ask for more kisses.

Liviana- She’d take MC’s hand and rub her thumb over theirs as she watches them stare off into space. She’d enjoy being able to admire them without a shy or teasing interruption.

Amare- He’d do the same as Liviana, but after a few moments, he’d probably try and startle MC. He can’t stay serious for too long.

Estelle- She would enjoy the peaceful silence, and MC’s happiness would definitely bounce off to her. She may even find herself relaxing. Just a little bit.

Ellery- Ellery also falls into his own world a lot, so I could imagine him staring off into space as MC plays with his hand. Eventually, he’d snap back to reality and see how happy MC is and he would blush and have a goofy love-sick smile on his face as he admires them. 

???- I think, for once, they’d just live in the moment. They’d shut up (for once in their life) and sit back and enjoy seeing MC at peace. It’d also make them really happy to see that they’re the one making MC feel peaceful because they certainly weren’t doing that when they first met MC.😅

Liviana- She’d coo at MC, and would happily kiss them! And probably many more. MC might end up with a lot of lipstick on their face afterward. 

Amare- Could imagine him making them feel even more embarrassed by saying something like, “I haven’t even kissed you yet…” He’d kiss them, but would mercilessly tease them for being shy. Not like he can help himself, they’re just so cute!

Estelle- She’d kiss them and wouldn’t say anything, but the smug little smirk on her face would give it all away. 

Ellery- He’d kiss them, and would probably get equally as embarrassed. Both MC and Ellery would just be awkward blushing messes afterwards. 

???- They’d probably enjoy this a little too much. If they’re feeling nice, though, they’ll happily kiss MC and may even offer more if MC’s been good. Otherwise, they’ll definitely make MC beg for it.

Quick question how much effort the gods would put into making up all the time they lost with MC

I'd say they'd all put in a lot of effort, but they would do so in different ways. Aurora, Alula, Cielo, and Soleil may be a bit overbearing at certain times, as they feel terrible about leaving MC alone for so long, MC would have to set clear boundaries if they were uncomfortable with the overprotectiveness. Delano, Aquila, Ida, Sirius, Anatole, and Celeste would also put in a lot of effort, but they'd definitely be much calmer about it. They'd take small steps with MC, to learn what they're comfortable with and what they're interested in so they can become closer with their child. As for Donati... While he does care about MC's interests, he can be overbearing about it, but it's only because he wants his children to succeed in whatever they're interested in. MC may have to tell him to back off a few times.

Mahina, however, would not put in the effort. If MC wants a close relationship with her, they'll have to put in the effort, as Mahina sees no reason to be close with her children, especially if they're not even from one of the galaxies she rules over.

Aha, now that I’m rereading the scenes with her… she is definitely the cool aunt. Celeste constantly pushing MC to be their best self and remain strong while on Aquarii, and Destiny helping them sneak off for a little snack break once in a while, or to go to the mall or something. 💀💀

I think the two sisters are so interesting, though. They both care about MC, but Celeste knows she can’t be there all of the time, and she knows what being a demigod is like, so she tries to help them learn to defend themself, but Destiny is also a demigod and while she understands the importance of a demigod remaining strong in the face of conflict, she also understands the importance of breaks and mental health rejuvenation. I’m actually really excited to write about MC with Celeste as a mother, because obviously this is something Destiny and Celeste will realize too.

Ehh... kind of? MC is a bit braver than I think a lot of people would be at the start of the game. In the rewrite, they have the option to attack Roux and Allele, and they can start off being quite snarky and aggressive. I just didn't think it'd make sense to have MC be easily scared or cowardly. They can choose to be shy around others as you move throughout the game, but they'll still be pretty brave and willing to take on a challenge.

I'd also say they're kind of sarcastic? At least in their head, if you want MC to have a sarcastic or playful sense of humor towards others, that's a choice you as the player can make, but I do notice that I tend to have MC be quite snarky when they're thinking, haha.

MC also has a pretty set goal in mind: to get back to Earth. Anything else they decide to do is up to the player, but they do have an end goal, which can change if you want.

But I'd say everything else is up to interpretation or any choices you make while playing. I hate to have an MC that seems to kind of already be set, but I didn't have much choice, aha. I'd say the only choice you don't have is for MC to be weak or as I said before, cowardly. MC will have options to show weakness or to break down, but they'll always remain strong, at least physically.

Uhh, kind of? If one decides to become a follower of a specific god, the god might set expectations through books, scrolls, or hieroglyphics, but I wouldn't say they're as specific or detailed as the bible or the Quran.

For instance, Cielo is the God of Creativity, so he encourages his followers to go on creative pursuits, and Sirius is the God of War, so he doesn't like it when his followers are lazy or weak.

I'd say the strictest god is, unsurprisingly, Mahina. She expects full devotion and worship from her followers, and they are also expected to give grand offerings if they want something from her. While Mahina's not very well-liked by Mitans or Virrians, she is known to follow through if you give her a good offering.

The god's followers aren't usually expected to act a certain way, though. Just encouraged to achieve certain things and be their best self. Most Mitans and Virrians turn to the gods when they're lost or miserable. The gods surprisingly offer good guidance!

But I've stated this before, Mitans and Virrians are NOT expected to worship the gods. All Mitans and Virrians go to the same place when they die, and while they might be treated differently there, it more so depends on what you've done during your life, not who you worship.

Hi everyone! Thought I'd announce that Aquarii now has a new layout! Thanks to this template created by Vahnya.

You now have a light mode and dark mode option in settings, as well as an option to change the font and text size.

This might not be exactly what it looks like when I release the rewrite and chapter two, as I can imagine myself making more changes and adding things, but here's a little sneak peek!

How would the ROs and the gods react if they learn that MC had been adopting every black snakes they had ever encountered and they loved each every one of their danger noodles

Obviously, we're going to start with Mahina's reaction. If MC's her child, she'll just roll her eyes and tell them to be careful. But if MC is another god's child, she would be pretty mad and take that as disrespectful and would probably tell MC's god parent to "control your spawn" which I'd imagine wouldn't go over well with certain gods.

Alula, on the other hand, would adore MC for this, whether they're her child or not. She loves when her children adore living things as much as she does. Even if they adore something of Mahina's, she'll think it's sweet and encourage them.

The other gods wouldn't understand MC's approach to the snakes, but they'd most likely not react or they would tell them that they're glad MC's happy. Donati might express some disgust, but wouldn't stop MC either.

Now for the RO's...

Liviana did discuss with MC that not all of Earth's snakes are dangerous, and she'd decide that if MC knows what they're doing, who is she to get in the way? I think she'd actually be kind of curious, and would want to see if she could play with them for a little while.

Amare would learn to tolerate the snakes, even if he doesn't understand MC's obsession with them. But he will not be touching them, thank you.

Estelle has always thought the snakes were cool, but obviously she could not touch them herself. Maybe now that MC has tamed them, they'll be less dangerous. If that is the case, she'd love to meet them and would enjoy watching them climb over her.

Ellery would be interested, and may interact with them a bit, but I don't think he'd be very willing to let them slither over his body. He'd just find them intriguing from a distance.

??? would be absolutely horrified and would not want to go near them. But they wouldn't make MC get rid of them if they really liked them. Just try to keep them out of any room ??? happens to be in.

I probably should mention my idea to have MC’s mortal parent be influential of some kind, and I have decided how they will be influential.

I’ve decided that MC’s mortal parent will be either a singer or actor of some kind, or a politician based on who MC’s god parent is.

Aquila, Aurora, Alula, Cielo, Anatole, and Soleil will have dated the singer or actor.

Delano, Mahina, Ida, Sirius, Donati, and Celeste will have dated the politician.

I thought this arrangement would make sense because MC’s mortal parent would have caught the god parents eyes minutes after stepping on to Earth, but I can’t imagine Mahina, Ida or Sirius falling for a celebrity, and I couldn’t imagine Cielo, Aurora, or Soleil falling for a politician.

Now for your question…

While the gods would understand MC’s parent’s wishes, they would have to decline. As I’ve stated, MC’s parent is supposed to be in the public eye. Imagine a celebrity and their child randomly disappearing in the height of their career, and I’m sure the public would’ve seen glimpses of MC’s mortal parent with their god parent. People would get suspicious, and even if humanity could not find out exactly where MC and their parent went, they’ll probably find traces of like the UFO or something. And the Mitan’s and Virrian’s are already PISSED at MC’s god parent for having a half-human demigod, I can’t imagine how they would feel if the god brought back TWO humans, and now humanity might be on to them.
