I thought i could share three of my fav. low calorie pancake/cookie-recipes with you! Perfect for when I’m craving cookies, cakes or pancakes. I know 50-100 calories can sound a lot but when you can avoid a binge for that it’s worth it. ALL RECIPES TOGETHER ARE 224 CALORIES. ❤️

i “bake” them in a pan (with non-stick-spray)

(whip the eggwhites before putting everything together in the pan)
