my game keeps crashing! HELP!!

ever since the update came out, my game has been shutting off out of nowhere. sometimes i’m able to play for and hour, other times less. It freezes then shuts off and goes back to my desktop homescreen. I need to know if i’m the only one dealing with this and/or how can I solve it if possible????? I have checked my mods and cc, btw, they’re all updated. This has never happened before :(
