That's actually not true at all :D woman who have heart conditions do not automatically have to have a c section. Yes she'll still be high risk but there's certain criteria she'll have to meet before being forced with a c section. I work in the OBGYN department, not a doctor though, and deal with these issues frequently. Mikasa could have a healthy delivery with little to no complications

Also let's keep in mind that this fic doesn't have to be medically accurate and not make her feel weird if it doesn't match real life scenarios.

now i’m relieved. lol. if i go the pregnancy route i wanted to give her the natural birth. i’m sure she’d just have to be careful during it. thank you anon for informing me.

I am kind of torn about something. I don’t know why I’m so obsessed with Historical AUs at the moment but I’m writing one or two for Eremika, one for Ichihime and one for Touken BUT, here comes my dilemma, most of the time historical AUs, the age of adults start at 16, you know… I guess everything stems from whether people would feel that 16 is uncomfortable but also I may still use it, meaning I may still write one of them as modern world underage but adults in their own kind of. 🤔 i hope i was clear. I don’t know even know if it’s a question or not but an input is welcomed. thank you.

EREN so dedicated to his wife, he named his calender "MIKAlendar" and it contains their first date, first monthsary, Anniversary, Wedding Anniversary, Pregnancy Anniversary, Mikasa's Birthday, First night as Husband and Wife, and every events that happened between them. And he got a box dedicated only for those calendars from the very first day they met 😌

Risks Mikasa with her heart condition would automatically be cesarean section when she delivers her baby if she's really pregnant. Because she's a high risk patient her heart is prone to failing when she tries to push. That would be the greatest karma for Eren. You know what? What if because their family won't be that happy especially Mikasa's with what they did, they made up a story that Mikasa died delivering the baby and so is the baby. Imagine how horrible it would be for Eren 😵‍💫
