మానవుడు తన బిజీ లైఫ్‌లో సరైన ఫుడ్ తీసుకోకుండా, యోగ, ప్రాణాయామం, సూర్య నమస్కారములు, భారతీయ వ్యాయామం చేయకుండా సర్వరోగాల బాధితుడిగా మిగిలిపోతున్నాడు. దీనిని రూపుమాపేందుకు ICMR కొన్ని సూత్రాలను రిలీజ్ చేసింది. పోషకాహారాన్ని తీసుకోవాలి. సూర్యరశ్మి ద్వారా విటమిన్ Dని పొందండి. ఆరోగ్యంగా ఉండేందుకు యోగ, ప్రాణాయామం, సూర్య నమస్కారములు, భారతీయ వ్యాయామం చేస్తూ పరిశుభ్రంగా ఉండండి. స్వచ్ఛమైన గాలిని పీల్చండి. 8 గంటలు నిద్రతో పాటు ఎప్పుడూ నీటిని తీసుకుంటూ ఉండండి. రోజుకు 2-3 గంటలు మాత్రమే TV, Social Media చూడండి.

రాగి చెంబు లో నీరు తాగడం వలన ఉపయోగాలు :
పద్ధతి : రాత్రి నిద్ర పోయేముందు రాగి చెంబు నిండా మంచినీరు పోసి నిలువ ఉంచుకోవాలి . ఉదయం నిద్ర లేవగానే వెంటనే రాగి చెంబులో ఉన్న నీరు పరగడుపున తాగాలి.
ఉపయోగాలు -
1) అరగంట లోపు సుఖవిరేచనం అగుతుంది .
2) గ్యాస్ నిర్మూలించ బడుతుంది.
3) కడుపు ఉబ్బరం , కడుపు మంట నివారించ బడుతుంది.
4) మలబద్దకం , తేపులు మొదలయిన బాదలన్ని ఈ అలవాటు తో పూర్తిగా నిర్మూలించ బడును.
5) మలబద్దకం సమస్త వ్యాధులకు మూల కారణం .ఈ పధ్ధతి ద్వారా మలబద్దకం నివారించుకుంటే వందేళ్ళ వరకు వ్యాధులు దరిచేరవు.
6) రాగి చెంబులో నిలువ ఉంచిన నీటిలో ఖర్జూరం ఎండుది ఒక 5 వేసి నానబెట్టి పొద్దున్నే విత్తనాలు తీసివేసి పిసికి తిని ఆ నీటిని తాగితే కిడ్నీ లు శుభ్రపడి బలంగా తయారు అవుతాయి . కిడ్ని రోగులకు చాలా ఉపయుక్తం .

Ardha Chakrasana makes a good complementary pose to this standing forward bend pose Padahastasana.
Padahastasana is a restorative pose that increases intra-abdominal pressure by stretching the muscles of your posterior section. While Ardha Chakrasana (half wheel pose) strengthens the lower back muscles and stretches the muscles of the anterior section / abdominal region, it thus neutralises the spine and relaxes the abdominal muscles. So don't worry about whether you're doing enough Yoga today—just make sure you're getting the most out of your practice!
