Rei doesn't have a confirmed age; however, in My Hero Academia, all married couples have a 4 year age gap so I think it is safe to assume that the same applies to Rei.

Hypothetically, if that were true, Rei would have been seventeen and Endeavor was twenty-one when they had their first child. It is unknown how long the marriage had been going on before that.
