productivity log !! ๐ฏ๏ธเณ
a sneak peak of my first week back into the last year of high school
๐ study habits !!
โฉห 9.5 hours logged of study, with 2 hours of english tuition + 1 hour of latin tuition + 2 hours of maths tuition -> total: 14.5 hours
โฉห attempting to not submit anything overdue, or put anything to the last minute-- meaning that i complete any work the second i am assigned it!
๐ health & wellbeing !!
โฉห ran twice, hoping to go for a run once i head home! (just did, for 30 mins!!)
โฉห daily 1 min planks, 30x jumping jacks, 30x squats, and stretch before bed
โฉห restricting eating out, including drinks, to once every fortnight
โฉห making a wonderful breakfast of oats with oat milk, bananas, and protein peanut butter every day โก
โฉห dental clean check up over the weekend
๐ฉฐ self growth !!
โฉห volunteering at my local opshop on saturday (every fortnight) one of the other volunteers brought in a date slice that was to die for!
โฉห went to a pride parade, walked 4.2 km
โฉห screen time: 2h 12 min (phone) and 4h 55min (ipad) weekly avg :(

โฉห consume consciously! this includes changing how i approach eating and mindless social media
โฉห reduce screen time to 2hrs or less each device
โฉห run every second day
โฉห submit english tuition hw for the first time ๐ฅฒ

ending this chapter of my life is daunting, but something to look to into the future. for now, i wish to do the best that i can and that means not losing focus of my goals and my ambitions. iโve been really trying to connect to others more and make new friends, especially ones that i can study with and that i look up to. i have been worrying vaguely about love because of our formal coming up, but iโm sure that itโll pass. i shouldnโt worry, regardless, because it will come to me when the time is right. i hope not to lose sight of myself and to be true, always. iโm always open and looking to making mutuals! iโd love to be your friend ๐ฉท
