Shrugging her shoulders with an soft smile forming along her lips to the other’s statement. “I can’t think of any one not loving Jack the Pumpkin King or Ooogie Boogie, but don’t forget about the three kids and Sandy Claws.” She pointed out with an short laugh, to shrug off the awkwardness that she brought about her – she really needed to work on her emotions, but she’ll get the hang of it, just as she had for a new lifestyle laid before her for the last years. “I would go with Nightmare Before Christmas, I think it’s a classic hit with the holiday.”

“Right? I think it would be a sin. Absolutely not, I would never forget Lock, Shock and Barrel who so lovingly sang about kidnapping the Sandy Claws.” She retorted with her own laugh that almost echoed out between the two of them in those moments. “I think you’re right, plus there are so many things that I can do with it and I want a bit a shock value when it comes to the theme.” Even if it’s typical.

“do you understand any of it?” he asked, looking over at andrea “some people do not seem to, even though i told them to read it. i don’t believe they did, just lying” then the person just went out to the ocean, probably without knowledge of which waves you should be careful with, or what else you must think of. it wasn’t as easy as it maybe looked. even if jamie had experience it could be difficult for him as well, but he respected the ocean. 

“yes, i do. everything seems straight forward, so i don’t know who isn’t getting it.” andi rolled her eyes when he mentioned the people that didn’t read it. “they are the types of people to complain about being hurt when they’re the ones who aren’t following the rules in the first place. it’s ridiculous.” she shook her head and handed the papers back to him. “i think you’re good though.”

“I’ll never understand how crocs became a thing.” Face scrunching in distaste as she spoke, she shook it off. “Fifteen dollars for three lessons a week, though I try to do something for the people who can’t afford that. It’s mostly to keep myself and the kids entertained until school starts back up in the fall. Give them something fun to do while still learning, you know?”

“I don’t think anybody will ever understand it, and the fact that there are Gucci crocs absolutely boggles my mind.” Andi shook her head, almost in disbelief. “That’s a great deal, that’s five dollars a class. You could probably make more than that if you ever needed to but I appreciate the fact you keep a low price. Yes, I think that’s beautiful.”

“Uh… Yes?” It came out more of a question, partly because he was trying to decide whether or not they were serious. There were certain things he’d plan for, but Halloween was never one of them. “But you might be asking the wrong person, I tend to think about prepping for Halloween the day before it.” 

“I guess some people just aren’t as into it as I am and that’s completely fair, I just need to find people that I can share my excitement with and not worry about it.” Andi mused as she locked eyes with the male. “I may get a little too excited from time to time.”

“True, but my opinion just so happens to be correct,” Lizzie said, lips quivering into an amused smirk. “I understand the desire, but I don’t need a holiday to dress sexy,” she said, “and whilst I am quite fond of a sugar binge, Halloween candy is never even that good anyway.” Considering her reply, she eventually nodded in agreement. “Yeah, I could happily bypass Thanksgiving, so I definitely think Halloween is at least a little better than that.”

“Mhm, I think we’ll have to agree to disagree on this one.” She shook her head and looked towards the blonde siphon. “That’s true but it adds an extra touch of fun but again that’s each to their own.” Andi shook her head as she mentioned the Halloween candy. “Are you kidding? There are Reese’s, Kit Kats, and honestly just all the chocolate. It’s great.” Andi laughed. “At least you agree with me on that.”

“Some people must not be as holiday oriented as we are.” Luna had always loved the holidays, and decorating for them and getting to dress up was one of her favourite parts, especially when it came to Halloween. “I think so too, make it like a weekend thing, not just one day.” She agreed. “I’m thinking about it, considering something. But I haven’t actually bought it yet, so it isn’t definite. You know you’re the first person I’m showing it off to when I have it.”

“Which is incredibly disappointing but can’t win them all.” Andrea knew she was a little on the obsessed side when it came to Christmas or Halloween but it was all in good fun so she didn’t see much of a probably when it came down to it. “That would be perfect, maybe even something like a advent calendar in the days leading up to it.” Andi raised a brow and grinned at her sister. “You better.”

“I just find it a dull day” he replied with a roll of his eyes, as he watched the girl sit next to him. The brunette sighed as she told him she could off helped him with his cravings. “I don’t think you would of, considering if you did you’d probably get fired”. He said as he looked at her and sighed again.

a fond smile graced her face as she looked up from her book to look at her girlfriend, “why do i have a feeling that you already have ideas on what you want to wear?” stasi’s words teasing.

“Total, or just tonight?” He’s come in here so often, the punching bag being one of the places he ended up at the end of the night. After a few nights of Aiden breaking the bags, the owner and Aiden came to an agreement that he would just pay for the ones he broke. So long as Aiden kept up his word, the owner didn’t mind. “It’s been a long week.”

“Honestly, now I feel like I need a total for life and just for tonight.” Andrea raised a brow as she looked over at him and shrugged. “Tell me about it, it’s been such a long week and I just want it to be over but you know, things don’t always go according to plan.” She made a face before walking closer to the bag. “So any of these left for other people to use?” Andi teased.

“We’re on an island full of supernatural creatures that were once unheard of, Halloween is always amazing.” Hayley enjoyed it too, getting to dress up as something or someone that you weren’t for the night. She was also a fan of handing out candy to the kids, the joyous laughs and pure innocence was a highlight. “Which movies?” She asks with a lifted brow. “And your first favorite holiday?”

“Right? It’s definitely an important holiday.” Andrea laughed and remembered some of the times that she had dressed up throughout the years. It had always been a blast and horror was something she was always a huge fan of. So, why wouldn’t she want to enjoy it and plan for it? “Oh, you know, the classics, like The Exorcist, Nightmare on Elm Street, Friday the 13th, Trick or Treat.” She grinned. “That’s Christmas, of course.”

“you do know that we have a holiday coming up before halloween?” the dark haired woman asked with a raised eyebrow, “it is the fourth of july weekend,” it was one that briar enjoyed especially the warm summer’s sun. “i would wait until the end of july or maybe start of august,”

“i mean -- true but i’m generally not the biggest fan of loud noises anyways, so fourth of july isn’t on the top of my list but i can appreciate it. i just care about other holidays far more.” andi gave a bit of a shrug. “i suppose waiting until the end of july wouldn’t be the worst thing, though.”

“Of course not.” She was positive many people would disagree, but they’d be wrong. “You have to give yourself time to plan, how else are you going to look the best? You need to make a list of costume ideas, whittle it down to your favourite, then you need to plan out the details. Then you need to work out how to decorate, you don’t want to be that person who puts out a pumpkin and call it a day.”

“That’s exactly the point I’ve been trying to make. Thank you. I’ve got several lists of costume ideas and they’re even categorized based upon movie, custom and monster.” She let out a soft laugh and crossed her arms over her chest. “Right? Just having a pumpkin out would be incredibly sad and we just can’t have that.”

“i think june is definitely too early to begin trying to work out halloween but i have always been more of a plan 2 weeks before the actual holiday,” she hummed with a nod of her head.

“I don’t think there’s ever such a thing as too early for getting a start for decorating Halloween, in my opinion.” She was wary of being around the other, but it felt more better due to them being in a public setting where other’s can see them. “What kind of theme are you going to go for? Classic Halloween with skulls, pumpkins, or something more like Nightmare Before Christmas?”

“Exactly my point.” She smiled at her and noticed that she seemed to be a little hesitant but it was probably just her imagination. Andrea tapped her chin for a moment, thinking in an over dramatic fashion. “I think Nightmare Before Christmas is a seriously strong contender because I mean, who doesn’t love Jack the Pumpkin King and get their frights by Oogie Boogie.”
