Happy #FunTipFriday! . 👇 HERE IS YOUR GOALIE WORKOUT 👇 . ✅ Hand Reaction (Using Deck of Cards) 1. Call out the number, 1 min 2. Call out the number and suit, 1 min 3. Time yourself doing the entire deck by putting the same cards together ie. all 2’s in a pile all in order from 2-Aces 4. Card toss and catch x15 5. Card toss and catch add a step x 15 6. Tape cards to a wall and have someone call them out and you hit them increase the speed of this and add a step 7. Time yourself putting the entire deck into suit colors 8. Catch disc cones tossed at you while stepping to get them x 25 9. Eyes shut and call the color of the above x25 10. Super ball off the wall step and catch it, let it bounce and then go after it x25 . ✅ Leg Strength 1. 20 Lunges forward 2. 20 Lunges backward 3. Softball toss off wall x 20, toss a tennis ball and catch it with both hands while stepping to get it so you land like you are making a low save in squat position . ✅ Cardio 1.
