What you will need:
Broccoli
Half a onion
Cup of Noodle
Eggs 1 or 2
**Chicken is optional**
Saute the onion till clear, add brocolli and a tablespoon of water, stir till brocolli is almost cooked through.
Add egg/s stirring to combine till cooked through.
Noodles NEED to be cooked in the cup first!
Add just noodles to pan to mixed goodies.
Cook till the noodles are combined and to your preference
ENJOY!

anxiety occurs when your thoughts start flowing away from you in a negative direction, at a speed that you fail to catch up with. it becomes difficult to rationalize, make sense of or even try to see the reality which is almost always different from the scenario in our agitated minds.
thus, it is important when facing a bout of anxiety that you try to ground yourself and your thoughts. focus on your surroundings. use your senses completely - see with focus, listen well, smell deeply, touch and feel surfaces and taste something if possible. divert your attention away from those imaginary and negative thoughts to the reality, which is quite alright.
anxiety leads you to believe that the situation is far worse than it is for real. at the end of it, it's a monster that goes away the minute you realise that it's imaginary. tell it it's fake. live in reality ✨

Wandering thoughts of the night: Unpacking emotional and physical boxes is so difficult. making space is never easy, and I think from loosing a lot of stuff from my childhood and having certain people in your life you grew up with disappear, you want to hold on to everything! Maybe I never learned how to process loss, maybe that's why I'm still stuck on the day of my biggest loss

Anxiety is like water, when you spill it its hard to contain until it settles. Usually my mind when it's going so fast it's hard to slow down! So the easiest way for me to find the breaks, is when i disconnect from all the negativity. Surround myself with nature and find the positives! Cuddle/play with my 3 pups focus on what they might be thinking and journaling! Have you journaled today? When do you make the most time for yourself?
