Kinda fucked up how cis women are allowed to abandon feminity in the name of feminism but trans women are forced to adopt it just to be recognized as women
sososososo nervous to share my town finally, my beaches, my house, and a couple other little spots are still a work in progress but i’m v proud with what i have so far c:
I was taking a stroll through my nature trail and found my pink ladies just chillin’ :’) I got distracted by the cuteness and got bit by a mosquito lol
As you may know by now, I’ve been re-doing my whole island, and with that comes the greatest pleasure of all time : finding new designs! So under this, I’m going to list all the creator code that I’ve saved in my game, enjoy 🧡
As I’m seeing people getting scammed a lot lately (especially because of the Raymond craze), I thought making a post like this, especially for new AC players would be useful?
1. When trading villagers with people you don’t know, always ask for a screenshot of the villager in boxes with the player saying your username.
2. If you are getting scammed, shut down your game or your wifi, you’ll get your items back. DON’T quit the island via the airport, it will save the game and you’ll loose your stuff (thanks for the reminder @mabelsssyrup ).
3. If you’re an adult, do what you want but if someone is asking for real life money, maybe reconsider trading with them, as it’s probably a scam (please don’t buy Raymond on ebay…) And also i’m pretty sure it’s against Nintendo’s rules so…
4. Suggested by @ayveehearts : Another good idea is to check the map during villager trading to make sure the person actually has the villager. It doesn’t make it impossible for them to scam you, but you’ll know straight away if you’re being scammed if they straight up don’t have the villager. This is especially pertinent for high-value villagers like Raymond, Judy, Audie, etc.
It’s all I can think of right now, feel free to add more in the replies, I’ll add them on the post (with credits of course)! Be safe everyone !
I don’t think Nintendo could’ve ever predicted the insane black market economy that would explode forth from their simple children’s game through a combination of the social media era and everybody being locked in their houses with nothing better to do right now. There are entire websites dedicated to trading and selling items, turnips, and even villagers. People have reversed engineered the game’s code to crack the turnip pricing algorithm. People are hiring bouncers to guard their islands when they invite over visitors to conduct trades. Animal Crossing: New Horizons is an experiment in pure, cutthroat, anarchocapitalism.
