So, I have been doing my best to be more conscious of what I am eating, and how much, at the moment there are slim pickings in the house until Peapod delivers groceries tomorrow. This is what I came up with though, a latte with unsweetened soy milk, a slice of oat brand toast, with a little cream cheese and roasted red pepper, and a slice of extra thick cut bacon (not shown because I ate it already, I can't resist bacon long enough to photograph it). #neccesityisthemotherofinvention #healthiereating #makingitwork

You can't tell me nothing. I have been in search for a fun pair of sneakers with cool colors that are good for walking and exercising, and just everyday. And nada, Nikes do not accommodate my wide feet, and I just didn't want to spend 90.00+ on one pair of New Balance. But then I found that Payless sell my all time favorite sneakers, Kangaroos.
