Lyall walked slowly to his room. His arm hurt from the fight, and there was an uncomfortable feeling in his ribs. He hated fighting his kin. There were few of them, and having to entertain the humans by killing each other was more frustrating than anything. He reached for the handle and suddenly stopped. There was someone in his room. He could smell the perfume and sweet flowers. It wasn’t strong, but the owner recently passed through there. Lyall doubted that would lead to a fight, so he relaxed as much as possible and opened the door.
His room was probably just a step above being a cell. Small, almost no furniture but the bed against the far wall and chest for all his possessions. While he didn’t need more, this wasn’t the life he wanted to live forever.
“My lord.” The girl sitting at the edge of his bed greeted him.
“Lord?” Lyall laughed. Humans and their noble titles. Lyall was anything but lord, considering he was just a servant. He studied the girl quickly. Long brown hairs ran freely past her shoulders, and an elegant young face and big blue eyes were also looking at him. “Why are you here?” He took a deep breath and could smell the perfume.
“His Highness sent me.” She responded with confidence.
Lyall shouldn’t be surprised at that point, but he actually was. The Emperor had “exciting” ways of rewarding him, but that wasn’t a reward. Lyall was one of his most priced possessions, almost like a good racing horse, but unlike a horse, he could talk and walk in a human form and kill in his werewolf form when ordered. Like most good racehorses, the Emperor was fascinated by the idea of continuing the bloodline.
“Do you know why he sent you?” To say he wasn’t interested would be a lie. He could smell her arousal and sense she was in heat, and the wolf in him was more than excited to oblige the Emperor. The more rational human part of him despised the notion.
“He said you needed a mate.” She gave him a shy smile and blushed as she spoke.

Pairing: f!Tav/Halsin
Warning - Bear Halsin
Tav watched everyone drink and celebrate, her thoughts wandering somewhere else. It has been a long day.…more like days. For the first time, she could eat, drink, and talk free of worry, the voice in her head and … just free. Her eyes lingered on Halsin. The man was enjoying his drink, talking to one of the city guards. She was sure the man had introduced himself to her at some point, but remembering names wasn’t on her agenda right now. The druid broke eye contact with his conversation companion and looked at her. Tav’s eyes averted to one of the still-standing wooden cabins nearby, and he nodded.
She didn’t have to wait for him long. While tired, she was excited to be able to spend some time with him, this time neither of them feeling or acting as if that was their last time on this earth. She was going to live, and she could continue to be with him.
“You should enjoy the party, my love,” Halsin said as he walked and closed the door behind himself. It was a simple act, but it made her stomach curl excitedly.
“What if I want to enjoy something else?” She got up and stepped closer to him. “Someone else.” She clarified as she stepped even closer and placed a kiss on his lips. He was taller and larger than her than even on her toes. She could barely touch his lips if he didn’t bend down.
“I would say it’s silly to waste a good party on this old druid.” Halsin laughed and embraced it. “But I wouldn’t want to spend this moment with anyone else but you.”
Tav couldn’t wait any longer and pushed herself closer to him, needing to feel more. While this wasn’t their first night together, it felt like it. The first time she was free of that curse, the first night she could enjoy him with her thoughts free. It almost felt as if they were starting anew and just met. She was alive but needed this moment to feel genuinely like she had survived all of it.
Halsin didn’t need to be invited twice. He got the hint quickly and wrapped his large hands under her ass, lifting her up and pushing her against the cold stone of the nearby wall. She reached for the ties on his pants, but he grabbed her hand and pinned it above her head.
“Why are you always in a hurry, my dear? Especially now that we have all the time in the world?” He smiled and started kissing her neck gently.
He was right; they had all the time in the world, but she also was eager to enjoy the first day in the past weeks when she was truly free and didn’t feel like doom was following her. Despite his words, he was the one who started working on the ties of her top while his lips never left her skin. He continued kissing down to her breasts, letting her hands go so he could start working on taking her pants down.
Tav relaxed, feeling the tension from the past battle wash away from her as his feather kisses and gentle bites slid down her body like her clothes were disappearing. She moaned loudly as she felt his tongue between her legs. This man had always been amazing, giving generously…she ran her fingers through his hair, not wanting him to move away as she lifted her leg a bit, inviting him even further.
“You are absolutely delicious, my dear,” Halsin said as he stopped to look her in the eyes but simultaneously pushed a long finger in her.
Tav arched and moaned as he moved the digit in and out of her, curling in just to hit the right spot. She couldn’t believe how good this man made her feel. He had just started, and how he touched and talked to her was already sending her on the verge of ecstasy.
“Oh, no…” his words snapped her from this pleasant feeling as she suddenly looked down and saw the familiar glow of him transforming. Tav laughed a bit, knowing how self-conscious he always was in situations like that. Still, honestly, she took it more as a compliment than anything else. The elf hair under her fingers slowly turned into soft fur, and before she knew it, Tav found herself on the ground.
There was a difference between elf-Halsin and bear-Halsin; it wasn’t just the shape. The druid was kind, giving, and attentive…she could go on forever with the adjectives. In his animal form, he was wilder, more demanding, more needy…animalistic if she had to use a pun. She wasn’t sure he entirely transferred when she felt his grip on her legs and being pulled to the ground.
“Halsin…” She tried to slow him down, even if she knew it was in vain. He had a very different approach to the situation in his bear form.
Moments later, she was flipped over on all fours, feeling the giant animal on top of her, his front paws next to her, looking for a stable grip. Tav wanted to tell him to be gentle, but that too would be lost in the moment, so she pushed herself closer to his crotch, inviting him. The bear’s teeth sank gently into her shoulder and didn’t break the skin, but it felt like he was ensuring she would not run away. Tav braced herself for what was about to come. Halsin wasn’t a small man, but his bear form gave him a run for his money. She felt him push into her and a moan so loud escaped her lips that probably the whole camp heard it. Never in her life Tav had felt so stretched and with such intensity. The bear grunted happily, his teeth still gently nibling on her skin.
“I’m sorry, my love.” He feeling of absolute fullness disappeared as she heard a familiar voice behind herself, and turned her head to see the druid but not the animal on top of her. “You always make it so hard for me to control.” He rolled her over again. This time, she was on her back, her skin pressing against the wooden floor, and Halsin was looking at her.
“And you know I don’t mind. I want you, all of you. That,” she touched his face gently, “the bear and everything else there is of you.”
“And I cannot be happier.” He kissed her forehead, moved his hand between them, and slowly guided himself in her. Tav moaned. The first time they were together, he had made a joke that the bear was large, but she could say the elf compared adequately to the animal. “But I need us to enjoy this moment, just the two of us, no other care in life, no worries. I need to touch you with my own hands.” To drive the point, he gently ran his hand over her body, stopping at her breasts and squeezing.
Tav wrapped her legs around him and invited him deeper. She didn’t care if she got the druid, the bear, or any of his other shapes. All she needed was to feel. For the first time in weeks, she could feel him without dread, without fear, without sharing everyone else’s thoughts in her mind.
Halsin was slow, gentle, and always giving more than anyone else had ever given her. Every move of his hips was deliberate, driving to her and hitting all the right places as she moaned and pushed herself closer to him, needing even more. His eyes were pinned on hers as if nothing else existed except her.
“You are so beautiful, my dear.” He whispered in her ear as he moved his hand back between her legs and started drawing slow circles around her clit.
“You say that only because you are on top of me,” Tav responded between moans, feeling her orgasm coming closer and closer. She was teasing him. He always said things like that, which had made her blush more than once.
“I will repeat it in the morning.” His lips locked with hers as he must have felt how close she was.
This was all she needed: the strength of his body on top of her and the softness of his lips against hers to make her arch and come while he was still moving in and out of her with as much dedication as anyone could offer. Halsin didn’t break the kiss or slow down until he spilled himself in her with a low grunt, almost sounding like the bear rather than the elf.
“You are still beautiful, my love.” He placed a soft kiss on her forehead before he pulled out and rolled next to her.
Tav grunted unhappily while she could still feel the pleasure between her legs. The emptiness that followed now was less than satisfactory. She rolled as well, placing her head on his broad chest as he started running rough fingers over the skin of her back.
“I can do that forever,” Tav said, kissing his skin softly.
“Lucky for us, we have forever.”
