Has anyone ever acknowledged the fact that The Ancient Gays™ being in different clans basically confirms that Maxie and Archie are fated to be at odds with each other in every universe?

Hc that the ancient gays were the sons of the clans’ leaders. They were deeply in love with one another and had a secret relationship, but the tensions between the clans were rising and it eventually turned into war. They obviously didn’t want to fight each other, but due to pressure from the clans they were very loyal to, they were forced to commit acts/attacks against the other clan. This quickly led to a ton of bitterness and resentment between them, a brutal breakup, and bad blood that continued to linger long after the war ended. The ancient gays never got their happy ending, and spent the rest of their lives with so much anger and grief in the hearts that used to beat for the other.
