I will always be a Jason Todd defender, he had every right to become a villain, and every right to kill Batman. Instead, he becomes an antihero who protects those who deserve it but utilizes his darkness to stop the bad guys.

John Rogers, co-creator + executive producer: "Look, if we told you Eliot's entire timeline or Nate's entire timeline, you wouldn’t be able to have then have enough flexibility to fold that timeline in with Supernatural in your fanfics because they'd be no space for that. The space we leave is the space for you to write your slash! That's super important for us to do! We do that for you, people! The fans appreciate the empty space we leave so you can write your Buffy, Supernatural, NCIS, Criminal Minds, Leverage crossovers."
Geoffrey Thorne, co-producer + writer of this episode: "But don't do any Doctor Who ones because…"
John: "You're writing those."
Geoffrey: "Just don't do it."
Chris Downey, co-creator + executive producer: "You've staked those out?"
John: "He's staked those out."

still amazes me that Jason Todd took over the criminal underworld of the most dangerous city in America as a teenager right under the nose of the planet’s greatest detective and some people still run with “Jason is the dumbest Robin”

wally west is a guy of all time for me. funny haha jokester kid who had to take on a huge amount of responsibility he was definitely not ready for, developed the worst imposter syndrome known to man and instead of coping made it everyone else’s problem. will be sooo petty and selfish about small things but also sacrifices his life with 0 thought like it’s a regular tuesday. had an abusive dad and absolutely refused to acknowledge that shit or think about it ever again. completely unrelated to this he immediately cuts off his entire family the minute he reaches twenty-one. incapable of hiding his emotions and will unfairly be a bitch to you if he’s struggling with something. said himself that no one loved him until his aunt iris. would actually not hesitate to burn the world down for his wife. claims to be a laid back go with the flow guy but also will spiral at the slightest provocation. is allergic to nuance when people he loves make mistakes and will be in their corner no matter how wrong they are.

Nah because like? I love Arkham Knight Jason. I love him. I love his anger, his snark, his intelligence not being compromised, his skill not being diminished! I loved seeing it, I loved watching him overpower and outsmart Bruce, loved seeing him put actual pressure on the bat, and the fact that it actually stressed Bruce out a lot more than scarecrow did in that series? With the literal whole of Gotham on the line?? Immaculate.
I can't express accurately just how much that scratches a very specific itch in my brain.
(Also his look Deliberately Mocking Batman?? Beautiful. Absolutely glorious.)

Au where Batman’s rogues can tell that someone else is acting as Batman (but not who it is) so they all slump in relief because they can finally reuse old schemes. They don’t have to come up with a new plan for the 30th time this year!
That is until Batman (dick who was very much there as Robin for all these schemes) starts cracking down on them in a 1/4 of the time it should have taken to catch them.
The riddler sets up a glorified treasure hunt? Dick gives the final answer before even looking at the first clue. Two face stages a mock trial? Dick dodges all the rope traps and cuts the “accused free” after cuffing the “judge” who was the actual guilty one.
They are all terribly miffed and try tripping him up…only he was there when they tried to do that to Bruce too.

A fanfic idea:
Bruce was able to rescue Jason before he died, and after this experience, Jason stopped being Robin.
He became afterwards the golden child, he goes to college (with a scholarship), helps out in the city library, teaches children (helps with their homeworks and helps them to study), works part time in a car garage in crime alley, and is a supportive brother.
And it pisses his siblings off.
Because there has to be something fishy because no one, really no one, is that perfect.
And there is something fishy.
He is also Red Hood.
No one knows, and the vigilantes never talk to Jason about "the family business" because he needs to concentrate on his studies and other stuff.
So imagine, Batmans suprise when the JL was able to catch Red Hood.
Someone takes Jasons helmet off in front of Batman, Nightwing, and other members
And Jason, who wears also a domino mask, doesn't look Batman in the face even as he says :
"Hey Dad. I can explain."
And Dick loses his shit, he laughs so hard because, Jason, The golden child, the one who gave up on being a vigilante, who reads to children in the library, is a goddamn crimelord.
Bruce just stands there frozen because wtf Jason?!
And Dick takes selfies with Jason being tied up and calles the other Batkids in because they should definitely not be left out of it.
(Edit: As someone who doesn't really write (or can write good stories), I want to say, feel free to use this prompt for a fanfiction. Just please give credits to me (because I don't know if someone else had also this idea and posted it) and please inform me if you publish something (because I want to read a fanfiction like this too))

I want a scene of Bruce doing his Batman dissappearing act from a Flashes's pov. Like Barry very slowly watching Bruce walk off the roof and grapple away. Before respectfully pretending to be shocked Batman is gone

One thing I find funny is the fact that in lost days Jason’s killing is used as indication that he’s not affected by the pit. Like if Mr. Homicidal Bleeding Heart didn’t care enough about random strangers to go out of his way to kill people to help them, THEN we would have a problem

Justice League identity reveal where they don’t know who Batman is and one day a bunch of them walk in on him just casually eating yogurt in the cafeteria with his cowl off. A bunch of them recognize him, a couple don’t, and they’re all shocked.
Turns out Batman didn’t realize none of them knew who he was, since it had taken him all of ten minutes and three google searches to put everyone’s secret identities together and he just assumed they had all figured it out by this point. Or maybe he had meant to tell them and then just forgotten. Either way, he regularly interacts with half of them outside of hero stuff and hasn’t bothered with the whole separate persona thing with them in years. Shouldn’t they really have figured this out by now? So what if he forgot? This is clearly on them.
