"You want to brush my hair?" Luna's eyes widen and her cheeks turn red as Emilia moves her to sit her down on the pillow in front of the couch.
Taking a seat behind her, Emilia begins to brush Luna's hair and hums as she does so. It's an intimate feeling, an act of love and as she sits there and lets her girlfriend play with her hair as she brushes, Luna closes her eyes. It's a nice feeling actually. A feeling she hasn't felt in a long time.
It doesn't take long for Emilia to have finished and done Luna's hair to match her own. "All done, pretty." Luna tilts her head back and giggles when Emilia kisses the tip of her nose. "Did you like that?"
Nodding, Luna moves to sit the couch next to her, cuddling up with her while the fire crackles in the background. "Do you think we can do that more often?" Luna asks, not looking at Emilia because she knows she'll tease with the way her cheeks are turning red. "I just really like it and it reminds me of when my mother used to brush my hair as a kid."
There's a moment of silence, Emilia knowing how special it is that Luna is sharing something about her family like that so they allow it to sit in the air before the girls cuddle closer. "Of course, my pretty moon. I'll do it whenever you want me to."
Luna allows herself to be held, closing her eyes as she listens to the gentle heartbeat next to her ear. Giving Emilia a squeeze, she starts to fall asleep on the couch all tangled up before Jooheon comes and wakes the girls up with dinner.

Minho is not someone who really attends events like this but this one is important. It's something special and Chris had made sure that all the boys were in attendance.
As he wanders around, Minho finds a quiet spot to sit and observe. Chris is talking to everyone who he can, building connections and representing the group in a good way as he does. Changbin is by the food, laughing with Hyunjin as he snacks on all the fancy finger foods on offer. Minho's eyes run over everyone, looking around before returning to his table and tracing the rim of his glass with a finger.
One hour, then he can leave, Chris promised.

Angel had been bugging Hongjoong all afternoon, knowing that the wolf had a massive headache but it didn't matter, the two had started this very loosely termed friendship off with Angel annoying and pushing buttons so why should it change over a little throbbing in the skull?
Wiggling his fingers in front of Hongjoong's face, he taunts the wolf. "What you gonna do?" He says with a grin on his face, "you're losing. You can't do anything about it."
Usually, Hongjoong wouldn't respond like this but with how annoyed he's been getting lately, he allows himself to lash out. Biting Angel's hand, he digs his teeth in hard enough that it draws blood and relishes in how loud Angel screams in surprise.
"Let go!" He shouts, shaking his hand and trying to loosen the wolf's grip. Placing his other hand on Hongjoong's forehead, he pushes the wolf away and nearly tears the skin off his hand before the other decides he's learned his lesson and finally releases him. "What did you do that for?!"
Sitting back, Hongjoong licks his lips, cleaning the blood from them, "you were being a sore winner."
"There's no such thing! You were being a sore loser!"
Flashing his teeth, Hongjoong growls deeply which has Angel pushing in close again. "Keep playing that game and I'll make sure I tear your hand off."
"I'm telling Mikyoung!" Angel waves his bloody hand in front of Hongjoong's face and manages to pull away just in time before he could take another bite. "You're such a vicious dog!"
"Fuck you." Hongjoong stands up, deciding he's had enough of this game and heads out of the room with Angel poking his tongue at him.

Luna hums softly as she looks up at the stars, a small pillow under her head as she watches the clouds float by. She likes nights like this, when the moon is full and the stars are bright. Even if things feel wrong right now, she likes it, the calmness of the night sky.
"Can I join you, my moonbeam?" Jooheon makes his presence known.
Luna giggles as she tilts her head back to see him, patting the ground next to her. "Of course!" She watches as he lays down, his hand searching for hers as they lay on the ground and stare up at the stars. "It's quiet tonight," Luna speaks so softly, almost to herself but Jooheon squeezes her hand in reassurance.
It's been hard explaining all of this to him and Emilia, she's tried her best and even if they don't fully understand the toll, they are there for her. It's nights like this, where she'd feel full of energy, dancing in the moonlight, that she realises how much of her powers actually come from the moon especially since she's been able to keep the darkness at bay.
"Have you spotted any constellations?" Jooheon asks, thumb running over the back of her hand as he looks at Luna for a moment. "Have you seen any of the less known ones?"
He's distracting her and she appreciates it.
"Mmm..." she knows the stars but not as well as he does so she looks, squinting her eyes in search for a constellation she had been learning but Jooheon beats her to the punch.
"There," he points to a cluster of stars with the hand that still clutches Luna's and starts to tell her a story about the constellation. He brings her hand back down and kisses the back of her hand and Luna can't help but look over at him and smile. She never really understood how it was that she became so lucky to have found the duo who made her heart feel content.
After so long, she didn't think she would love again, that she would want to and here she is, laying under the stars, knowing that she loves him and Em with all her heart. What a wonderful feeling to know that they love her too.

Jangmi had been helping out at the cafe, she's been in the habit of making pies lately and had wanted to make an extra one that she could drop off to Doom. When she heard the bell coming from the front of the cafe, the hybrid calls out to inform the newcomer that she won't be long.
When she had come out, ready to greet the customer, she stops and smiles as she sees Cupid standing at the counter with a cute little bouquet of flowers. "Hello," she walks closer, "who are these for?"
"For you, I thought you might like them." Cupid smiles as he hands over the bouquet and Jangmi's ears flicker happily as she takes an inhale of the flowers.
"Thank you! I do love flowers," she touches the petals softly before searching for a vase to put them in. "Can I get you something? It can be a little treat for being so nice!"
As Jangmi arranges the flowers in their new little home, Cupid takes a seat. He takes a moment to look around the cafe before the hybrid joins him with a slice of freshly baked pie and a glass of milk. "Careful, it'll be hot." She says but watches with delight as Cupid digs in anyway.
It's a little different as Jangmi's never had someone outside of Chan turn up to bring her flowers but she appreciates the gesture regardless.

Chris is surprised when he gets a message from Soyeon asking if she can come over to the studio and show him something. He meets her downstairs and helps her sign in before leading her up to the studio, chatting about nothing in particular until the door is closed and he takes a seat in his producer's chair. "So, what was it that you wanted to show me?" He turns in the chair to face her sitting on the couch.
"I wanted to play you a song," Soyeon smiles a little, "do you have a piano I can use?"
The request, obviously not a normal one, has Chris pausing for a moment before he tries and figures out what to do. It takes him a few minutes of warring with himself about company policies and nods before getting up, "wait here."
Heading out into the hallway, he heads down to one of the other studios where Changbin is working with one of the other producers that they have on the team. "Binnie, I'm just borrowing this for a moment," Chris says before grabbing one of the team's keyboards that they keep in their studios.
Heading back to Soyeon, he closes the door and presents her with the keyboard. "I know it's not a piano as such but if you give me a second, I'll have it close enough." He quickly sets up the program and places the keyboard on the desk before testing it out. "There you go."
Once Soyeon and Chris had switched seats, he sits back and gets ready for the show. Or so to speak.
Chris recognises the song as Soyeon plays it, a fan had recommended it during one of his lives and he hums along with her, tapping on his knee but he doesn't say anything until she's completely finished.
"Wow," he says, clapping and smiling as she turns around to look at him, "that's really cool. You did really well, how long have you been practicing?"
He continues to compliment her while she bows. It's not until afterwards that he doesn't really know what to do afterwards so he scratches the back of his neck. "So," he laughs a little, "shall we head down to the cafe and get something to eat?" He asks, standing up and leading the way out so that he doesn't get in trouble.

Irene was sitting in her little studio, working on her newest piece of art when she had a call come from Jay. "Hm? Oh, sure, lunch sounds lovely darling. I'll send you the address."
It didn't take long for Ace and Jay to arrive with some lunch for the three of them.
Wiping her hands on her apron, Irene stands up and heads over to the small table that she has and tries to tidy it up the best that she can so that Ace can spread the food out. There's really no chairs other than a couch by the open window and a few stools that she has around the studio so they collect what they can and make do.
"Wow," Jay says as she stuffs food into her face, looking at the painting closest to them. It's an older piece Irene had made when her and Chris first started dating, a couple standing by a hotdog cart as it rained around them. "You did all of these?"
"Mhm," Irene says, wiping her mouth with a napkin, "I have a lot more but they are here, there and everywhere." She chuckles.
It doesn't take long for them to finish eating, light conversation being had but mostly focusing on the food before them. When they were done, the two had asked if they can stay and paint with her, spend a little bit of time since it has been a long time since they had seen Irene since she's been so busy.
That's how it started.
The chaos that came with creative freedom and Jay putting paint on Ace's face.
They started focusing more on painting each other rather than the canvases before them and as if they had planned it - Irene ended up dragged into it too.
"Oh-" She says in surprise as Jay places her painted hands on Irene's face, leaving two handprints behind on her cheeks and Ace snaps up a picture on his phone, laughing. "Oh my-" Irene touches her face and chuckles softly, "if I didn't know any better, I'd say that you two were children playing with paint." She teases while using a towel to try and get the paint off to no avail. "I'm going to have to explain this to Chris."
They start laughing, finding the whole ordeal amusing until the door down at the bottom of the stairs closes and they realise that the person walking up those stairs may not be as impressed with the mess they made in their fun.
"I'll clean up!" Jay says, springing to action.
Ace follows suit, "I'll help."
All the while, Irene watches with an amused smile as they try their best to get it done before they are caught.

If there is anything important that I SHOULD absolutely interact with, you are welcome to give me a little ping but from May-August, I'll be a little hard to get a hold of unless you tell me directly.
If everything goes well, I'll be back in September but it does also depend on how things go afterwards.
I'll be reaching out to everyone I have connections with, regardless of whether they are friends or relationships, and figuring out where everyone stands and what to do next or whether they want to continue, etc.
As most of my writing partners know, dash and DM interactions were always important for developing connections and while I have always tried to be understanding about life - a lot of DMs have remained inactive for months. Any DMs that have been untouched since before the 15th January will be ended so that I can clean out dead chats and try to figure out what to do with certain connections. All chats are archived so I still have them!!
I'm always willing to start new scenes, so if a chat has been sitting inactive for a while and you want to start fresh, let me know but please be aware that while I'm happy to wait for replies, waiting 3+ months for a reply does take away the excitement of building and growing connections.
Those who were talking to characters who have been announced to be leaving, reblogs/DMs with them will be stopped on the 1st April.
Valentine’s Day event ending messages will be sent out in the next few days!!
I will try to be more responsive to DMs since I won't be posting or responding to dash during my time away unless it's with partners/important people.
Obviously, things might change and I might be able to be more active on certain days but I just want to let people know that I won't be making posts (after my current plot) and if you are wanting to start/continue to develop connections - it will need to be discussed and focused more on DMs for a few months until I'm not so busy!

ೃ⁀➷ Hello!! I just thought I would give everyone a heads up before it happens so that people don't think I'm ignoring or purposely not responding.
I've had the luxury of being fairly active lately because I've been waiting for some pretty big things to come along and soon they'll be starting so I need to prepare and get ready. This means my activity will be greatly reduced and I may be temporarily stepping away from the community.
The affected time is from start of May to end of August!
Of course I'll try and respond to thing whenever I can but I may only focus on DMs for a couple of months. It was honestly a strange request. Sure, they were both angels but they had never spoken and then to suddenly be invited to go see some lanterns in the sky? Azrael is skeptical but since Jihyo may have more knowledge about the city and world than he does, he decided to accept.
Arriving at the destination agreed upon, he looks around, looking at his phone and then back up to try and spot her. "Wherever could she be..." He mutters to himself as he wanders through the crowd but not straying far from the predetermined meeting spot.

Juyeon chuckles when Hoshi walks into the club wearing a suit and looking out of the place for someone visiting the club. "So, this is where you work?" Hoshi asks when he walks over and leans against the bar that Juyeon is sitting at.
"You look out of place," Juyeon raises an eyebrow.
Looking down, Hoshi then looks around and lets out a laugh, "I came from work, I didn't have time to change."
Juyeon offers the seat next to him for Hoshi to sit down and taps the bar for the bartender to give the angel a drink so that he didn't look too out of place. "You wanted to come and see me or you wanted to come and visit the club?" He asks, grabbing his own drink and taking a sip as he gives Hoshi a sideways glance.
He's interested in knowing. He wants to know what the intention because they seem to be having fun getting to know each other but he didn't think that they were at a stage where they would just visit each other unannounced.
"Both," Hoshi looks around, not touching the drink given to him, "I've heard a lot about the club."
"It does have quite the reputation." Juyeon grins when a light searches around the crowd before landing on him and the prince stands up, winking at Hoshi. "If you want to see a bit more of both, I suggest you stick around~."
With a wave, Juyeon heads over to the stage as his name is called and Hoshi leans back to grab that drink.
