After Gem learns about the mycelium on Grian, do the others from the group eventually know about it too? If so, how would they react?

Is the mycelium also dangerous? Cause for now it just seems to be on his arm, but what would happen if it went further?

(sorry for asking so much T T I'm intrigued by how it works)

so whats Awesome about the mycelium is i actually have no clue how it works

idk one idea i have is that its a slow but deadly infection- specific to the genetic makeup of the inhabitants of a particuler planet- that was thought to be extinct, but grian has been carrying it. it went unnoticed due to neglect in the prison and he kept it well hidden because any infected are essentially put in isolation until they die out of fear that it will mutate and spread.

I imagine that it takes A While for Grian to open up to the others about it, partially because he doesnt want to end up isolated by any means, but also he doesnt want the others to pity him or think of him any differently.

So while the others cant catch the infection because they are from different planets, Grian still tries to hide the mycelium from them.

idk this is literally just. A Concept in my head and it is by NO means refined. also its 3am so i cant word things the way i want to so take absolutely every word with a grain (or grian) of salt.
