Just got back on Tumblr after completely forgetting about it for the past 6 years.
Feeling incredibly nostalgic about logging back in. Life has changed so much since and I can’t believe I’ve even gotten as far as I have. The kid running this blog never even imagined that life had this much to offer and that I’d be this genuinely happy. I didn’t keep in touch with the friends I made on this website but I sure as hell hope they’re going down their own happy path and that they one day stumble upon their own old Tumblr account and relive the feelings I’m reliving.
To the ones that are currently going through some tough times, honestly keep hanging in there. Life can make such drastic turns and there are so many happy moments waiting for you. Experiences you couldn’t even imagine possible will become part of your life. I hope you can trust me, because it’s definitely worth it.
In a way I feel like I’m writing this into a void, and perhaps no one will take anything away from it.
But it’s fine.
Because I’m happy.
More than I ever thought I could be.
Perhaps I’ll see you all in 6 years once more.
