Nevra has a mark on his forehead because it is the custom of Spica's family that those who have joined the family and are "soulmates" of one of them (even if Nevra's connection with her is on the vampiric side, prey - vampire, as he is not an aengel) need to wear this mark when celebrating something, as it is the representation of themselves in their partners. The new ring that Spica is wearing was a gift from him, with the color violet because it is a mixture of the two colors (Nevra with red and Spica with blue).

Spica popped strawberries in her mouth. That's why it's lighter than regular lipstick. She passed it on while walking around with Nevra and wanted to repeat one of her quirks, so she passed the fruit on to make it more "sweet".

He wears more armor because it's an outfit more adapted to the cold (an allusion to her house, which is very cold). Their clothes are inspired by the gods Thanatos and Makaria, remembering that Spica's white color doesn't mean life, so the environment around them is "cooler". The story of her parents is very reminiscent of Hades and Persephone.
